Ricardo is an amazing technician. I am fortunate that he has been here year after year and his knowledge is second to none. I wish all the technicians were as god as Ricardo.

Service was as prompt as could be and parts arrived with only one day's wait. Technician was good with his mask and efficient with his work. Called ahead so we had a good idea of his pending arrival which was good too. Also pleased that he noticed some part of the humidifier had been installed incorrectly which wasn't what his call was for, so that was a treat to have it corrected all at the same time. All covered by Enercare, but would have been close to $1200

Your service rep. (Hany or Hamy) was professional while maintain social distance during this pandemic. Also, he provide some great tips and advise on your programs which are important for our family. Finally, someone did follow up with us as he promised. Please commend him on a job well done. they all deserve danger pay for entering different homes each and every day while holding the front line for peoples homes. Only change this company can do is reduce rates as Canada has enough energy resources via, water, wind, solar and nuclear and gas that should cut all customers a break not just during covid but beyond.

The technician was very friendly, courteous and efficient in his work, he was finished in 15 minutes and made sure he mentioned the work done and how our equipment was working.

Grant arrived at the home and was properly dressed in his enervate uniform, wearing the covid19 mask etc , was a great experience having him service thé furnace, I give hem a 5 star rating. Trick or treat

Ok called Enercare today to have them come and remove their old water heater as we had a new one installed. The old one is at least 20 years old they have never called to service it nor have they upgraded we have paid for this unit at least four times over. The person at enercare said that they will not pick up during covid-19 and that we were responsible for the payment until they had the unit. Seriously? Do you not think you have taken enough of our money? Never ever going to deal with this company again!

Your service technicians are friendly and super efficient and very knowledgable. The Heating Protection Plus Plan provides me with peace of mind, knowing that I have a Maintenance plan that gives me an annual Maintenance check and if my furnace breaks down parts and labour is included and I have 24-hour access to Enercare, even in Emergency situations. My technician Steven was fast, efficient, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and provided me with great tips on what options I have if my Furnace needs servicing in the future, or if I need to replace it and what to do. Excellent job Steven! Keep up the great work.

Enercare provided excellent customer service at call centre, friendly and knowledgeable Duct cleaning services were a tad bit expensive but worth it furnace cleaning services were adequate furnace maintenance service call arrived on time as promised

I was very happy with this year's annual furnace maintenance appointment This could be the model for how you'd want all companies to act: coming when they say, doing what they say, telling you exactly what they're doing, answering any questions thoroughly, and being up front and honest with what additional work may be necessary.
