Jun 26 enercare came to do air conditioner maintenance and gave me b tag I repaired and book appointment for July 3rd enercare did not come so I called enercare they said no appointment was booked even though I reconfirmed appointment that morning so they wasted my 4 hours. Again I booked for July 10 and tech called on July 9 isaid I have appointment July 10. July 10 I called they said it was for July 9. They said sorry and now they booked for July 17th. Enercare reps are not even competent enough to book appointment. They wasted my time for nothing. Now how I can trust enercare that they booked appointment. I request enercare stop playing with people's lives and train your workers so they are competent enough to at least book the appointment correctly.

We have a new AC installed today after waiting for 1 week to book the service. Supersingly, the new AC does not work, it is too hot inside the home. When we called Enercare to report and after waiting on line for couple of hours, they told us they will book a service appointment for the new AC next week. We will have to wait for another week for service to a new purchased AC through this company. Please please avoid this company! Just to update, the service come to fix the new AC by injecting Freon in the new AC, we called and cancelled the whole agreement. Please think before requesting their services!

As part of my furnace plan, my furnace was cleaned and the filters for the furnace and the humidifier were replaced. The service man showed me how my AC needed service and recommended a plan, if I was interested. I am always impressed with the service people from Enercare and found James to be a terrific guy who really knew what he was doing. I am going to ask for him next year!

We recently upgraded our HVAC system (rental -> rental). Our hot water tank was with enercare before. We upgraded that to tankless, installed new furnace, new AC, and new thermostat. They completed the whole installation in 2 days. They upgraded all the pipes, vents, etc. They did a superb job for installation. Also, our initial meeting with the consultant went very well. He was knowledgable and professional. He advised us on the size and features that we need and answered all of our questions (even the dumb ones) in a friendly and patient manner. We later on checked his suggestions online and found all of them to be accurate. The whole procedure took less than a week.

Well I pay monthly and get services once a year...simple n straight. The technicians are knowlegable professional and know their job. It is a peace of mind at a nominal monthly price.

When we had a technician come to check our A/C (regular maintenance), he found water leaking onto our furnace and made a general diagnosis and set up a service call for the next day where a mechanic came to fix the problem. Unfortunately the mechanic did not find the problem, therefore could not fix it. When I found water again, I called Enercare and they sent another technician. This technician was able to find the problem which was not originally what it was thought to be. He not only fixed it, he came back the next day to make sure everything was okay. It would have been nice to have it fixed on the same day, but I really appreciated the last technician's diligence in finding, fixing and following up.

Very reliable service. We had numerous problems with the water heating in our home, among other issues, and we always called on them. They were able to fix the issues consistently. The only thing that they have serious issues with is the timing window they give you is very wide, and they often don't commit to it. I've had service people come in way late outside of the window while I sit at home waiting for someone to arrive. It can be frustrating.

I've been an Enercare customer for several years, for all their maintenance and service plans. Not a handyman myself, I believe in hiring experts. I've called on Enercare for plumbing, electrical, duct cleaning, and on a host of other things. Not to mention their routine servicing of my furnace and ac. Never disappointed! Great service people.

Lots of promises but Very disappointing service. Being a customer for many years but technicians do not do a good maintenance job. Water heater rental for over six years and the buyout for the same system is cheaper at HomeDepot The company never sends anyone to run maintenance checks on the water heater. Can’t get out of the contract but have to buy it out.

Covered on my maintenance and protection plan. The more I think about it the more I am covinced that buying the protection and maintenance plan is great value for the money.
