The technician who came to do the yearly maintenance cleaning and checkup on our furnace on Saturday October 5, 2019, did an superb job. Ben, the technician from Enercare, took out the old filter from our furnace and cleaned it thoroughly. He vacuumed the outside and inside of the furnace. He made sure that the inside components of the furnace are in good working order. He made sure that our thermostat was working well and advised us to maintain it at an ideal temperature to conserve energy and to not overwork the furnace. He is always on time & professional.

Zack the tech was very friendly and new his stuff did two service calls one at my parents next door and my place did a fantastic job would recommend him no problem

Received a call from the service man Curtis saying he would be at our house in 10 to 15 minutes. He was right on time and expanded everything he did. Gave me some good information about our air conditioner and how it was performing. Very happy with the service and customer service they give. Would recommend anyone to buy the maintenance package as I have never had to pay out of my pocket. Thanks Curtis for the great service and advice.

Shawn carried out scheduled maintenance Shawn carried out scheduled maintenance on my furnace and humidifier. He was extremely helpful and efficient and after discovering a problem with the humidifier he made every effort to repair it prior to replacing a part as a last resort. He changed the battery in my thermostat and programmed the light to come on when I change the temperature. Neither of these things had been done during previous maintenance visits. Very impressive service!

The plumber who came to us on Sep 27 2019 is very knowledgeable and finally fixed the problem. He is excellent. He explained to us very clear what the problem was.

Maintenance is paid once a year on existing bill and service techs are always first rate. Norm and Nolan were great. They answered any questions I had and also provided feedback on what they were doing.

I had Tyler & Dave, perform a yearly maintenance on my Furnace. Highly recommend them, they provided some useful information for on going furnace and AC. Very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Service was thorough and within a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for future services.

Highly recommend the Heating/Cooling Maintenance package from Enercare. It is worth every penny. The service is fast, efficient and done on a yearly basis. Takes away all the worry of the furnace or AC not working for the coming seasons.
