I agreed to buy out my 5 year old hot water tank for an inflated price of 1328. I paid the invoice but got billed for 7 days of rental fee even though they processed the payment 3 days after payment. It is not the small cost of the pro rated rental fee but the fact that they already screwed me on the buyout price. NEVER ever rent from Enercare or at least pay the inflated price of a buyout because you pay less over the long run. Don't let them scare you into staying with renting. They say there will be no service once you buy out. Hot water tanks rarely need service and if they do, your local plumber can fix it at reasonable cost. They want everyone to just keep paying rent forever with no end date to contract and increase rates every year. Be smart and do your homework. You will discover it is to your benefit not to rent if you can afford to buy it.

Over the course of the last month I have had AC maintenance performed by Mike, furnace maintenance by Justin, and upgrades to my hot water system and installation of gas line to generator by Matt. Each person was super-professional, friendly and explained everything in terms I could understand. Each technician arrived on time and treated my home with respect. I could not ask for better service.

Moved out from property 2 months ago, was a tenant. Still bills coming my name. Called multiple times, filled out move out forms online. No luck. Provided landlord's info to Enercare.

After requesting the removal of my old water heater which had been paid over 10 years ago, I was given a bill with my old neighbours name on it with their account number. Enercare strong armed me into paying a bill that wasnt mine by harassing me daily with a Collection company.

Enercare is a very good company. They are always there when I need them especially for my furnace and air conditioner maintenance.

The company Enercare is a worst company to deal with they charge you high price monthly rental when u call them they say that this is there price nothing can be done whether you like or not. Never taking any rental with this company. There contract has no end date and they increase pricing yearly

Gerald completed the installation of our new boiler system efficiently and was very knowledgeable. We were pleased with his service

I regret signing the contact for water tank and the 3-bundle.Please avoid this company.When I want to cancel my service they put you on hold forever.

My air conditioner broke and being an Enercare customer, I thought it would be easiest to go through them. The salesperson sold me on a heat pump but did not explain the extent of the installation and the damage to drywall that they don't repair. If it wasn't for the great work of Joe, Gabe and Richard, I would not have gone ahead with Enercare. They explained that it would be a huge installation with the Heat Pump but a smooth simple one for a new air conditioner. Thank goodness for them.
