Enercare Service rep cleaned both furnace and A/C professional and friendly. explained all work done and findings. service tech's name was Sukh. called first and arrived on schedule as planned.

I had the local sales person from Enercare come to our house. He was very professional and we agreed on a central air unit. It was to be installed 2 weeks later. The day came and went , no calls and no one shows up. I call the customer service to find out what's happening. I get disconnected 4 times before someone is able to tell me they have nothing in their system for my install. I made several requests for the sales person to call me. I followed up with several emails to find out what the problem was. Never did I hear back from anyone. I wouldn't recommend this company as I feel very disrespected as one of their existing customers.

The Tech...was very knowledgeable and very friendly and very helpful. He new his stuff my FURNACE and A/C Unit are 30 years old . He cleaned the A/C unit very thoroughly.

. As the company I called to book an appointment and it was bookings to the same day John quickly fixed it. John knows very well what he is doing, he is a potential teacher he teaches me how the furnace works. Thank you

Enercare [Oshawa] office and service are highly recommended. We would recommend this company for service in a heart beat. Recently David Lewis performed our annual service on our A/C unit; extremely professional and highly recommended. He gave us additional tips for our A/C unit. We always deal directly with the Oshawa office versus the Head Office - as they always try to sell you additional services. Oshawa will help you deal with you particular issue. All the service personal from Oshawa are always very friendly & professional. We will continue to use this company for years to come.

overall good experience with everyone involved. Talked with the salesmen who was very helpful and friendly. Also the technicians who did the install were very helpful and friendly as well. I strongly recommend.

Very happy as always with services from Enercare. This year's service technician Dan was amazing. Answered all my questions and was very transparent in the process of servicing furnace and air conditioning. Hope he returns for next years servicing.

Converted old oil heating equipment (including removal of oil tank) to natural gas. In addition, converted electric water heater to gas. Counselling was excellent prior to work being done. Technicians were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and left work area in very clean condition once work was done.

Elham did the work today and he was super professional. He was very nice too and gave me advice too. I would be very happy if he came back next year to maintain my furnace.

We have the protection plans which help cut the cost of regular maintenance. We have always been satisfied with Enercare and wish we had rented our or purchased air conditioner from them. Instead we got involved with a a very bad company and must try to get out of it. If we do we will consider Enercare for a new air conditioner. They have good deals.
