We needed to replace the underpadding and carpet in our basement which was approximately 1,000 square feet. It was a huge room. I needed to trust the company I used because we had to make sure it looked good because it was a large area! Ben Baum, the owner of Dominion Rug, and Shari, made the process very easy. The carpet looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely go back to Dominion Rug for our next purchase of a carpet or rug.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Dominion Rug. After the installation of our wall-to-wall carpeting we had a minor concern that was dealt with and corrected very quickly.

Both the installer and the sales/measurer were curtious, personable and prompt. Great to deal with, helpful in suggestions. The installer did a beautiful job, well finished, left the premises in neat condition. Carpet is of high quality and I was happy with the price. Highly recommended.

Able to take home carpet swatches so have the ability to match to room color, furniture, etc. before having to make final decision. Estimated cost was 100% accurate. Under pad and binding are optional which is a nice plus. Carpet was delivered within quoted time frame. Delivery man took great care in installing carpet; only left when I was 100% satisfied with final placement within the room. A follow up call came from Dominion Rug. We need to buy a 2nd carpet and I wouldn't look anywhere else now that I have found this rug company.

We were very happy with the work Dominion has done for us. Their staff are very professional, reliable and accomodating -- we can trust them to get the job done and work with our tenants. I would recommend Dominion for home and commercial installation.

We have been through a lengthy renovation with many different trades and services. I found Dominion Rug to have excellent customer service and a very high quality product at a reasonable price. Very honest company.

Our experience with Dominion Rug was just terrific from start to finish. We needed carpeting for our stairs. The sales person (Robert) was helpful at the store. They had someone out to measure the next day (nice guy that called first and when we didn't answer - drove by, saw a car and rang the bell), they ordered the rug a day later and installed it in 2 weeks. It had to come from California. No hassles. No one was late. Didn't need to follow up. Just, plain, simple, great service top to bottom. (at the same time we were/are dealing with a big box store - that has been a total pain in the butt...

I went to Dominion as an Interior Designer and found the service excellent. All of the salespeople, especially Eugene are pleasant and professional. They did a great installation for my clients as well.

My first experience with Dominion Rug was in l975 when they carpeted my basement. Excellent job. My last experience was June 20 2008 again excellent.My salesman was Robert Yamamoto, he gave me excellent advice and service.

Excellent selection. We worked with Sherry as our sales person who provide excellent advice and service. Great experience from beginning to end. Carpet was delivered to us and the two guys took there time to measure the room and lay the carpet perfectly. We will be going back to purchase a runner for our stairs.
