    Drain blockage

    What a blessing Drainworks turned out to be. We had the drain backing up in the basement, the City had been several times, and we were advised to contact a contractor to clear the drains. We found Drainworks in the Yellow pages, I cannot praise the company enough, from the lady who answered my call, to Mike Dunn who turned up less than two hours later, explaining everything to us and making a nightmare seem carefree. The work crew were there at 8.00 a.m. the next morning and the job completed by early afternoon. We have since related our tale to all our neighbours, family and friends, and told them "you have a plumbing problem, call Drainworks". We love you guys. Thank you all so much, especially Mike Dunn.

    blocked basement drain

    After 22 years of living in our home, we had a basement drain back up on Christmas Eve and then when it happened again a few days ago we decided we'd better have it investigated. Mike from Drainworks arrived promptly and after scoping with a camera, advised us that it was simply a blockage of debris that he had been able to remove when the camera went through. He took the time to explain how the drains worked and where they were located. There was no pressure to have any more work done. In fact, he said our old drain was in pretty good shape and showed us how to listen/look to ensure the drain wasn't breaking down in the future. I told Mike we'd recommend him to other people and in fact have already had the opportunity to do so in the one day since he's been here. A happy ending to what we were afraid was going to be an expensive repair!

    bathroom plumbing

    We've used DrainWorks twice for plumbing issues and both experiences were fantastic. We had Mike Dunn come to our house and he is great. Mike is very professional; he explained the issues before proceeding with the work, and he fixed the problems quickly. I would highly recommend this company, both for quality of service and fair pricing.

    Kitchen

    Honest, professoinal, started with inspection before doing any work. Appraised a price that I was satisfied with. Job was quick and everything is working perfect, I think I got a good deal and most important no hassle, thank you very much again!

    Blocked toliet

    We always call Drainworks for any plumbing problems. Their staff is friendly, professional, well informed and always on time. They always give a quote up front, and provide excellent service.

    Used camera on sanitary drain to determine source of the sewage back-up in our house.

    We notice sewage water coming up the drain in our lanundry room Sunday morning and called DrainWorks immediately. They were able to send a Service Technician to our house within a few hours and he was able to diagnose the situation and explain to us what need ed to be done and provided contact names and phone numbers.

    Unplug kitchen drain

    Drainworks set up an appointment promptly when I called to unclog kitchen drain. I was disappointed that the plumber called later to push back the appointment a few hours. However, the plumber came at the new time, was polite, worked quickly, told us what he was doing and gave an estimate before the work started, cleaned the drain, and left without making a mess. He was very professional. I would recommend DrainWorks for plugged drains.

    drains & watermain replaced

    Upon return from a holiday I found water seeping into the basement. Called Drainworks because a friend had used them last summer and found them excellent. Armando arrived Monday morning to assess the problem and found it was a broken watermain outside the house leaking water under the basement and it was seeping in. The crew arrived Tuesday morning and upon further investigation it was found that in addition to digging up and replacing the watermain the old cast iron drains under the basement would have to be dug up and replaced as well. I went into shock at the price but the job was done quickly and well. The crew was very polite and respectful of my property. They cleaned up the place very nicely when they were finished. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends.

    Diagnose and snake two drains

    Called Drainworks in the morning and gave them a three hour window when I was available that day and they we able to work with that. They called a half hour before they were going to come and the technician arrived exactly at the specified time. The technician Jeremy Harris was polite and efficient. He diagnosed the problem andtold me up front what the cost would be. He did the job he said he would and cleaned up after himself. I am very satisfied with the work he performed. I would not hesitate to call this company again.

    leaky toilet replaced

    Called Drainworks on Monday and they were out to see us on Tuesday. It would've been the same day, except I was not able to be at the house that day. The plumber called 30 minutes before arrival and showed up on time. Gave me a quote to the penny and the work was completed as promised. Very professional.
