    Sewer Drain repair

    Our drains in the basement started backing up due to an issue with part of the line collapsing. This was due to a poor installation by the builder. Drainworks responded quickly, found the problem explained the repair process, explained the costs for repair and organized the repair to be done very quickly. They were very professional, very clean (especially when they had to break the concrete floor), and completed the work in the time they estimated, no over runs or extra costs. Drainworks were always reachable and answered the phone with a live person not a machine. Thanks again to Drainworks and their staff.

    Replace all interior and exterior drains

    As terrible as it is to have your sewer back up into your basement, DrainWorks made the experience about as good as it could be given the awful situation. Mike and his team were there on time for the assesment, allowed me to view all the camera work inside the drain, explained everthing thoroughly, and provided a quote before continuing any work. The following day they arrived on time and worked at an unbelievable pace to get the job done quickly with minimal distubance despite having just had a huge hole in my front yard only hours before. All work done inside the house was also done quickly with almost no noticeable disturbance. I would highly recommend DrainWorks.

    bathroom drain

    I was very impressed with the high quality of professional service provided by the representative of Drainworks. Lou arrived on time. He was courteous and respectful throughout the entire visit. He explained the plumbing problem to me in terms that I could understand, and he stated clearly what work was necessary to correct the problem - and the costs involved. I would not hesitate to call upon Drainworks in the future, and would recommend their services to my family and friends.

    Backed up toilet, back up in basement drain

    DrainWorks Plumbing was truly professional and a pleasure to deal with. They provided me with a pretty accurate cost estimate over the phone, and the service technician Matthew, obviously knew what he was doing. Honest and upfront, I would go with DrainWorks Plumbing again!

    replacing outside trap & pipe

    when the water back up from my basement,i phone drainworks and after the call,they explain every work i need to be done and keep their promise for the time they will come to my place and the time they will start working .what i like most is after the works is done they come and check to made sure it was done right,thanks

    blockage in drain line

    Workers came and tried to snake the blockage. Could not go past 40 feet. Estimated where the blockage was and came back and hand dug down 7 feet to the pipe. Found a collapsed pipe, cut out the section and replaced it and also put in two new clean outs. Filled in the hole, plus tamped fill. Cleaned the lawn up completely leaving no mess. We were very pleased with the job and the workers.

    Replacing all the interior and exterior drains and pipes

    The entire experience with Drainworks was seamless from the moment I picked up the phone to call about our problem. The staff in the office and the onsite staff were very good at explaining the process, problem and solution. Jeremy Harris was on onsite assessor and also the technician who followed up to ensure all the work was done satisfactorily. I would recommend Drainworks without a doubt. Paula in the Beach

    Replace multiple bath fixtures

    Time to tackle a task I'd been putting off for too long and replace all of the tub and lav faucets in the house, one of them part of a bath enclosure remodel. Based on reviews here, I contacted Drainworks and Chris arrived precisely on time (!) the next day to assess the situation; he quickly completed one of the more urgent matters and we booked a date 2 weeks later for him to come back and complete the rest of the fixture swaps. He offered a lot of helpful suggestions on how to proceed with the reno, as I needed to work around him and vice versa. Both his manner and work were excellent and I would definitely contact Drainworks and Chris in future.

    Plumbing

    We've used DrainWorks for both large and small jobs in our home over the past 5 years. Chris did an amazing job with upgrading our pipes to copper, and most recently Mike came in and saved the day when our sink was clogged and everything we did ourselves couldn't solve the problem. Mike took the time to answer any questions we had and never made things feel rushed (a nice change from other contractors we've had in). Courteous and professional from the time you speak to the dispatcher on the phone to the time he left the job - frankly, these people are tops when it comes to customer service and quality of work done. We used to think that maybe we got lucky with getting great service when we had Chris come in to do the pipes and had requested him by name on subsequent jobs - but when we needed quick help with our sink we learned that the quality of service is certainly not limited there. Mike - thanks so much for taking care of our plumbing woes. We hope we don't need to use DrainWorks again, but of course if the need arises, you'll be getting a call!

    Bathtub drainage blocked

    By far one of the most professional and courteous service experience. From the moment the call was placed to Drainworks, I knew I was dealing with a customer centric organisation. Wiliam told me herething I needed to know, confirmed the time and follow-up to confirm. Thank you to Mike and Eric for a job well done from start to finish, at the price quoted. Do not hesitate, no one else will do my plumbing.
