    front yard drain trap and vent removal and new connection

    Response was prompt from our morning call that our sewer line was backed up. Mike arrived and plunged the trap and got it flowing again. We discussed our need to have the trap replaced with a straight-through connection to stop this recurring problem. He stated the price which we agreed to and set the excavation for the following morning. The replacement was done quickly and the ground cleaned up with new topsoil over the dig area. We were totally impressed. A camera inspection showed the line under the house was clear, and that we should follow up with the City regarding roots in the city line to the street. Everything Mike and his crew did was carried out as he had told us and written in the contract. DrainWorks heads our list for any future needs for plumbing and drain work. It is among the best of the many contractors we have hired.

    Opened kitchen drain

    Efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, courteous. I could not have asked for more. My comments apply to the customer service rep on the phone and the two gentlemen who completed the work at my home.

    drain work

    There was a problem with our basement drain. They came on very short notice. Arrived when they said they would, no waiting for a time frame. They were friendly, courteous, knew exactly what they were doing. I felt confident that they did what they needed to do and were not throwing in extra uneccessary work.

    complete ground plumbing replacement

    I called to have the drain the in the basement augured. Water and leaf litter were coming up after a big rainstorm. Right away Armondo could see that there was all dirt not far down the drain. The pipe had collapsed. Once we were able to get a camera in there we could see more cracks in the pipe and it was disheveled in other places. Also the 'breather' on the outside had collapsed as well. These guys were clean, efficient and complete gentlemen. They kept me up to date with everything they were doing at every step and why they were doing it.

    Kitchen faucet replacement

    Just before a holiday weekend our kitchen faucet broke and started to leak. DrainWorks (whom I found on a website with great customers reviews) responded to my call and an appointment has been scheduled at 9 AM the next day. Chris came right on time, investigated the problem and suggested to replace the damaged faucet. He explained pros and cons of proposed replacements and helped me to choose. Chris was very patient and answered all questions I had. The job was done very quickly, efficiently and with high quality. I would definitely use DrainWorks Plumbing again and recommend their services to my friends. Regards, Alex

    drain blocked

    I called DrainWorks at 10AM when I realized I had a problem in the basement sinks. By 12PM Matt from DrainWorks was at my door. He checked the problem, cleared the drain , answered all my questions and made sure the drain is working properly. I was impressed with Matt taking time to cover his boots and my floor. When the job was completed the area under the sink was left clean and neat.

    Main drain pipe was cloged, water lewel was going up in the kitchen sink

    For two months we had problems with kitchen drain, after using dishwasher water was filling up the sink and was standing for a while and only then slowly going out, so one of my friends suggested to call the DrainWorks. In two hours I've got a call informing me that a plumber will be in our house in half an hour. When he arrived he introduced himself (Mike Dunn)and covered his shoes (it was raining) before he went inside. Job was done proffessionally and clean. This is the service we need all the time.     Camera inspection of water lines

    Matt spent considerable time with us conducting a camera analysis of our water and sewer lines to inform decisions we are making respecting waterproofing and minor construction. He was patient, clear and detail oriented and we are very satisfied with his evaluation. We feel much more confident in our ability to make an informed decision on how to proceed.

    Kitchen Drain Clogged

    My kitchen sink was plugged and was backing up. Drainworks responded the same day, gave an accurate estimate and the plumber was quick and informative. I would definitely use their service again.

    Plumbing Service, Two toilets, one replacement, one drainage

    Over a holiday weekend, both our toilets broke down. Disaster! We called and received prompt service. We knew both workers from previous calls. They were both helpful, good humoured, knowledgeable and quick. They knew exactly what to do, what parts to get, who to call, how to accomplish the task as quickly as possible. What a relief!
