    Outside drainage and foundation waterproofing

    Excellent service and knowledge at all levels from salesperson to manager to those doing the physical work. Drainworks is the only company we have dealt with over these past months that keeps their appointment times.

    Toilet drain clogged

    Really impressed with DrainWorks professionalism, and the quality of the work. They were very prompt in getting to my house to assess the problem and provide the required fix. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ran into any kind of drain problem

    Replace clay pipe and install back water valve

    We replaced our clay pipes which had tree roots growing in them with the more modern PVC. We also had a back water valve installed as part of the work. Frank did a scope of the pipes and explained the issues with clay and where the issues were. He explained the benefits of the back water valve and walked us through the steps to request a refund from the city. The crew was very quick an on time in completing the work. The only reason I don't give a higher rating is because I don't know if I will have any issues with the work that is done over time.

    Faucet issues

    I've had such a hard time finding a good, reliable, honest plumber lately until I called DrainCom. They sent Val for our first visit- he was prompt and was able to tell me immediately what I needed. He offered to go buy the parts for me himself the same day. We've had an array of plumbing issues at home lately so we've seen him twice since that first visit and he is amazing and quick every time. He was knowledgable and kind and very honest with us and I would suggest DrainCom to anyone in need of the best plumber around!

    basement drain installation

    Hello There, My name is Mireya Arrechea, I live on 24 Kenora Crescent, York, ON M6M 1C6 and I contacted DrainWorks for a Basement Drain Installation. My experience with DrainWorks couldn't be better! The customer service is fantastic, the staff is very serious and professional, the job was done in one day! They started at 8:30am and finish close to 6:00pm. I received a detailed information of the job was needed to be done in my basement and, once the job was done, the supervisor came to my place to check the results. I'm glad I contacted DrainWorks and I'm very happy with the service I received. I truly recommend this company!

    Lead service pipe replacement

    Prompt. Professional. Exceptional work. The work from quote to next day completion of the job was very well executed. The cost of the project was slightly more than the city hired plumbing company but because they do the work with such care I did not need to do between 1000$ and 3000$ more restoration work after the job was complete. A huge savings. 40 year warranty as compared with the 4 year comparison to the city hired company. This is the 3rd time I've hired Drainworks and would hire them first again!

    Underground Drain Inspection and Cleaning

    The problem: Laundry water started backing up into our unfinished basement. I initially called the city. A few hours later, a city worker did a camera inspection of the city part of our drain system and confirmed that the city drain was free of obstruction. So the problem was in my portion of the drain. I needed a plumber. Why did I call Drainworks: About 6 years ago, Drainworks completed work in my house. At that time, I thought they had done good work for a fair price so it made sense to call them again. So yes, I am a repeat customer. Results: Drainworks sent a crew that showed up on time. A camera inspection was performed, which showed that my drain was clogged with roots. I was presented with two solutions. The first was a permanent solution which involved lots of digging and lots of money. The second solution (use a snake to clear the pipe) was more temporary in nature and much cheaper. Both options were presented very professionally, with the pros and cons highlighted. In the end, I picked the second solution which solved the problem. What about money: I really liked that during my initial phone call with Drainworks, I was given a rough estimate of the cost to clear the pipe with a snake. So I kind of new what I was getting into. Also before each step, the crew told me the cost of doing the work and asked for my approval. Overall, I felt in control and there was no surprise fees on the bill. Conclusion: I would not hesitate to use the services of Drainworks again. Having said that, I really hope that I do not have to.

    Slow Leak From Washroom Plumbing and Other Plumbing (Older Home)

    Chris from Drainworks was able to identify very slow plumbing leak. It took him over 1.5 hours (he was very methodical) and identified leak in overflow drain associated with a jacuzzi tub. We had 4 other plumbers come in and none were able to identify source of very slow minor leak over a period of 7-8 years. Chris was very professional, methodical and neat. He also identified and repaired a crack in one of the toilet drains. I would recommend and would not hesitate to contact Drainworks again. Chris also cleared out basement drain shower drain and did some other work. Very pleased with call centre and Drainworks and work done. Work was done approximately 3 weeks ago and no water or leaks currently evident. However, toilet flush does appear to be louder than it used to prior to repair.

    Stack pipe replacement

    We'd been having problems with the sink drain backing up and becoming harder and harder to clear. Drainworks recommended replacing part of the very old (100+ years) pipe and stack. They gave us two options - we chose the more expensive and a good thing, too, when the plumber showed us the state of the pipe that was removed. We were close to having even bigger problems. Scheduling was prompt, the quote seemed reasonable and Drainworks actually could have moved the work date up a couple of days. We weren't able to do that.They showed up on time on the agreed day, worked quickly and efficiently and went over every little detail with us. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable guys. The company, too, called the day before to confirm everything and then again to say someone was on his way to inspect the work. No games, no guesswork and we now know more about what's going on under the house than we'd ever thought of. We've seen it on video. We've used Drainworks before and we'll certainly use them again.

    sewage pipe replacement

    Front yard trees are great, until they infest your sewage pipe and cause a sewage back-up in your basement! Oh the joys of home ownership. Of multiple companies we had quotes from, Drainworks gave us the best price and warranty for replacing the old clay pipe with PVC. They did an excellent job finishing the project in a timely fashion with minimal disruption to our lives, and making sure the site was clear of construction debris before they left. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the same situation.
