    Replacing part of stack

    Drainworks fixed a leaking drain in my basement and replaced part of the plumbing stack. They gave me an estimate, they showed up promptly, they did the agreed-upon job for the agreed upon price, and they cleaned up. What more do you want? I called them because I had already used them last year, and was pleased with the result.

    Toilet repairs

    DrainWorks are very professional, getting the work done promptly and clean up is great too. The only con is that they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

    Clear Kitchen Sink Drain

    Kitchen sink drain started draining slowly and then clogged up. Had previously cleared a clog with my own drain snake. However this time, the clog was beyond reach of my snake. I have previously had DrawinWorks in for several small plumbing issues such as a leaking bathroom faucet and replacing a failed shut off valve. They have done a great job on those previous cases. On the day of the appointment, the plumber phoned that he was running late and would arrive approx. 30 later. He arrived on the new time. The plumber was friendly and efficient. After aplying drop sheets under the sink, he quickly cleared out the clog by running 30 feet of snake into the drain. He also applied teflon tape to the drain fittings as a precaution. When he was finished only a small amount of water under the sink needed to be wiped up - 1 paper towel. Once again, they have confirmed my trust in them. I will continue to call on DrainWorks for plumbing jobs that are beyond my rudimentary skills.

    clogged kitchen sink drain

    Very professional and honest. my case was difficult because there was no access to trap due stupid new home builder design. kitchen on 2nd story, trap was in between drywall on 1st flr ceiling. snaked thru clean out. was able to go past trap and clear obstruction. but now i want to locate the trap and rework the piping that Thornridge Homes installed.

    Unfreezing a pipe

    I had a frozen pipe in my kitchen. After trying to fix the problem myself, I conceded and called a professional. I didn't call Drainworks first-I called a competitor. That turned out to be a complete waste of time. I then called Drainworks. They were (Armando and Eric) on time, professional and respectful of my home. It wasn't an easy fix either but they were creative and got everything working again in a short period of time. I won't hesitate to cal them again.

    Plumbing Camera Inspection

    We have had a strange smell in our basement for months. We had other companies come through and no one was able to tell us what the problem was. We found DrainWorks Plumbing and we were so grateful! They managed to pin point our problem with a camera inspection in our pipes. Other companies we called did not have this service, so we never got a resolution to our problem. The team was on time, courteous and friendly. They were clean - they wore booties when they entered and lay down blankets in the work area. They were knowledgeable and clearly knew what they were doing and exceeded our expectations. Thanks for all your help!

    Basement drain

    I had a basement drain that backed up. Matt arrived shortly after calling and did an inspection and snaking. He was very clear about the process and explained everything as well of the cost before proceeding. After his inspection he provided me with a clear explanation and estimate for the further work needed and encouraged me to seek other opinions and estimates as well, no pressure or hard sell which was appreciated. I would recommend Drain Works for anyone seeking drain works.

    Drain repair and plumbing

    We had Drainworks repair the cracked clay pipe under the house and driveway and replace all the plumbing under four sinks. Armando advised us about the extent of work on the drains that really needed to be done right away after a camera inspection. He was thorough and came back and showed me what they had done with a second in drain camera inspection. We were pleased with his professionalism and honesty. Phil did the plumbing on the drains. He came and gave us an estimate for the work and then proceeded to do it the same day with our approval. He was very thorough and we really appreciated the attention he paid to details. He even fixed something another contractor had done poorly for no charge. He was also a lot of fun having around. He is going to be our go-to plumber from now on.

    New drainage pipe

    We had an old clay pipe burst which caused a backup. The drainworks team inspected, gave us an estimate, and got the job. Very professional work. Cleaned up the site after. Were respectful of the neighbours' property. After the work was completed they also promptly provided another detailed invoice for insurance purposes. Would definitely use again.

    Leak in basement

    These guys came within half an hour of calling. They quoted the price, which was reasonable and we went ahead with them. They did a great job and were professional and clean.
