    Sink clogged up

    We had our sink clogged up on us and within an hour, Drainworks sent their technician, a friendly, competent guy named Lou. He gave us a quote for service, and within an hour the drain was cleared. It's not a straightforward service as there isn't an accessible trap.

    emergency service; update drains

    unplugged toilet

    Matt was very professional, polite and completed the job in a very efficient manner - also took great care to ensure that everything was left as clean as it was before the job was done. He told us of other services the company was offering in a very low pressure manner.

    Clogged Drains in Bathroom

    I had a stubborn series of clogged drains that I couldn't fix on my own. DrainWorks was very professional from the phone call through to the arrival of the technician and the fixing of the problem. The technician was clean, explained what was going on and cleaned up afterwards. It did seem a bit expensive for 40 minutes of work.

    Drainage clearing

    This is the second job that Drain Works did for us (we own 2 houses) and on both occassions their professionalism and workmanship was excellent. They were neat and cleaned up everything once the job was completed. They arrived on time and finished when htey said they would. Armando was particularly helpful and was very through in his initial investigation of the problem. I would recommend Drain Works to anyone who has had problems with their drains.

    Clogged Drain

    This was my second time using Drainworks and I am very, very pleased with their work. They provide a very quick response time, no hidden costs, and all my options were clearly presented and discussed. The technician was friendly and knowedgeable and he made me feel very comfortable discussing the problems and options with him. I will continue using Drainworks and will certainly recommend others to do the same.

    Drain replacement due to tree root infestation, Lead Service replaced

    We found out during a home inspection that tree roots were infiltrating a part of the exterior drain. After dealing with 3 other companies who either quoted without even looking at the infestation or tried to sell us products that we didn't need (one company tried to tell us that our interior drain should be replaced as it was clay when it was, in fact, already plastic!!!), we were so relieved to meet Mike Dunn. Everything about the service was top-notch: from the initial quote to making sure that everything was cleaned up after the excavation and replacement were done. What a relief! Mike went above and beyond for us and he will for you too. He clearly took us through the entire process including how to get $2000 back from the Drain Grant Program at the City of Toronto. He even fixed one of our toilets pro bono! Don't waste your time with others who don't show up when they say they will, try to rip you off or treat your home with disrespect - call DrainWorks! We wish we had from the very start.

    Cleared Shower Drain

    I was very happy with the service from Drainworks. The technician (Mike) explained the work he would do and the cost up front. After the work was done, he outlined the problem and proved to me that everything was working properly. My previous experience with Mr. Rooter was very frustrating, so Drainworks would certainly be my first call if I have any other plumbing problems.

    Snaking Main Drain Line

    After reading the glowing reviews on line I decided to call DrainWorks when I discovered our drains backing up into our basement. From the time I called to speak with the dispatcher until the technician left, I could not have been more impressed. Every person I spoke to at DrainWorks was honest, friendly and thorough. The technician spent a good amount of time solving the immediate problem, and then building a quote to replace a shifted pipe. Both the charge for the work last night, and the quote for the pipe replacement were quite reasonable. Best of all DrainWorks does not charge a premium for a service call after hours. We are impressed!

    Plumbing

    The service Mike Dunn supplied was excellent. He explained all details of the work and the materials that would be used to our satisfaction. The work itself was completed on time. The crew and Mike always arrived on time. They worked diligently and professionally on the job and the clean up afterwards was great. They gave thoughtful consideration to any aspects of the job that required digging, protection of our belongings from dust and dirt, and kept any disturbances to our home to a minimum. We were always kept informed as what was happening which gave us peace of mind. Thank you Mike and your crew for a job well done and the kindness and respect you afforded us.
