    replaced bathroom sink faucet, fixed leaking toilette and fixed clogged toilette.

    I was really happy with the work that both Phil and Lou did in all three of our washrooms. They took the time and explained to me what the problems were and gave me my options. In addition to their great handy work, they cleaned up after themselves, leaving me with nothing to do... Thanks guys! Mayssaa Oakville, Ontario

    Drain Problem

    After having tried various plumbing & drain companies in Oakville, finally I was lucky to call Drain Works. Their technician, Jeremy Harris, was exceptional and gave us very good advice. His work was exceptional, very professional and extremely clean (for a messy job as cleaning drains).

    Sewer pipe fix

    Our clay sewer pipe was broken and the sewer was backing up. They used a camera to show where it was and was able to quickly dig and replace that portion. They added new access pipes as well and used their camera to show the condition of the rest of the house and it was done quickly and they cleaned up very well for us.

    Backed up drain repair

    After a rough night with our 9 month old, then a morning spent at SickKids for testing, I was distraught to find that my basement was flooded. Adding to my stress, my husband has a broken leg rending him unable to help with home repairs. After having DrainWorks recommended to us from our insurance company, I looked them up online. As soon as I read that they had won the Consumer Choice award 8 years in a row, and how committed they were to customer service, I decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint! William took my call and reassured me that they would be here to help and quickly. He took my information and spoke in such a calm and friendly manner, I already was beginning to feel better. I placed the call at about 3:15pm. Mike arrived approximately 45 minutes later. Again, his friendly and open demeanour helped to lower my stress level almost immediately. He was honest and professional in his approach to our issue. He quickly was able to have the water out of our basement (halleluia!), and made recommendations on ways we could proceed. I never once felt that I was getting a 'sales pitch' - just good advice on how to protect our home. I would highly recommend this company. In fact, we plan to call them again when we finish our basement to come in and redo all of the pipes (we currently live in an old home with clay pipes). I hope never to experience any plumbing problems in the future, but if I do, William, Mike and DrainWorks will be my first call!

    MAIN DRAIN

    HAD QUOTES FROM 2 OTHER COMPANIES. THEY WERE WAY OFF. DRAINWORKS CAME IN MUCH LESS, AND GOT ME A REBATE FROM THE GOVT. THE WORK WAS DONE PROMPTLY.I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WHOLE PACKAGE.

    basement pipes and drains replaced

    We have a 60+ year old house that we are replacing the original old ceramic pipes and drains in. The week prior to Drainworks coming in, we had another local company (who was recommended to us) come in and do the work. After one week we had a leak coming from an area that should have been brought to our attention but was not. Therefore we did not know this area needed replacing as well. Drainworks came in immediately, used their camera to determine the problem, fixed it, (part of which was the other guys joining two pipes of differend sizes with a Mcdonald's bag and cement..where's Mike Holmes!) left a clean house, re-inspected, explained thoroughly. They also answered my other questions about wet basements, what things we could do in the future with the other pipes and drains in the basement that need to be done!! These guys know their stuff and care! :)

    Drain inspection and advice

    Mike D. from DrainWorks was very professional. He was able to quickly resolve my drainage problems and offered expert advice to resolve the issue. Best of all, no mess was left in my home (unlike with many other contractors!). I give Mike and DrainWorks a 5 Star rating!

    replacement of main sewer from house to street

    DrainWorks did the job promptly. They were very careful to restore the appearance of the outside after finishing their job, and were very tidy overall. Workers and supervisors were courteous and informative.

    Basement drain pipe & outside waste pipe

    I called when I had a backup of the drain line for my laundry tub, and Mike Dunn showed up to inspect the problem. I dealt with Mike 3 years ago when the main drain line in my basement needed replacement due to tree roots. Once again, he was as professional and helpful as before in explaining the problem and what my options were. I was pleased he also realized a fault in the sink drain that could enable sewer gas to back up in the house. He also ran the camera through all the plumbing lines in the basement, checking on items he had previously noted that needed watching, as I am in a 50 year old home with original plumbing. He discovered that my outside line to the sewer had also been infiltrated by tree roots. The inside work was completed the next morning, and the outside work the following day. I am also impressed by the teams doing the repair work; they are professional, don't mind questions being asked, and I've never had any contractor clean up their work site as spotlessly as this company. That they also come back for a final inspection is great, as there's time to ensure everything is working, and for any final questions. I also appreciate the help given on the City of Toronto grant forms. I will absolutely call them the next time I need plumbing help.

    Drain blockage

    What a blessing Drainworks turned out to be. We had the drain backing up in the basement, the City had been several times, and we were advised to contact a contractor to clear the drains. We found Drainworks in the Yellow pages, I cannot praise the company enough, from the lady who answered my call, to Mike Dunn who turned up less than two hours later, explaining everything to us and making a nightmare seem carefree. The work crew were there at 8.00 a.m. the next morning and the job completed by early afternoon. We have since related our tale to all our neighbours, family and friends, and told them "you have a plumbing problem, call Drainworks". We love you guys. Thank you all so much, especially Mike Dunn.
