    Drain clearing

    The Drain Works plumber arrived on time. He was couteous and professional. He knew exactly what to do and had our basement drain running freely within the hour. Very much appreciated.

    Drains backed up in the basement causing flooding.

    I called drainworks at 7 pm on Oct 7th and explained the problem. Jeremy showed up 2 hours later, made sure our house remained clean, assessed the problem and repaired it quickly and then cleaned up the aftermath. thank you Jeremy and drainworks

    repairs to drains in bathroom fixtures, replace bath tub faucet cartridge, installation of inside isolation valves for front and reaer hose lines, tightened kitchen faucet and shower handfles,etc.

    On Monday, October 6, 2008 I called DRAINWORKS for an estimate on various plumbing issues in my home. I called them because I was attracted by their advertising in the Yellow pages and I wanted a guarantee of quality work. One of their licensed plumbers came to my home on Tuesday, October 7, 2008 and assessed the plumbing issues and work needed and gave me an estimate for the parts and labour. I was impressed with the quick response to my request and with the positive and professional approach of the DRAINWORKS office and professional staff. The plumber recommended a general contractor for some of the work that went beyond his expertise. On October 8, 2008 he completed the plumbing repairs that were needed. I was completely satisfied with the high caliber of the work completed and would not hesitate to recommend this company for any plumbing job required. I believe that they strive to go beyond their customers’ expectations and I have total confidence in their integrity.

    Drain Clog

    We called about a cloged drain, they arrived within an hour, assessed the problem, fixed and cleaned up after themselves. Very profesional and friendly and offered advice to aoid future occurance.

    Blocked sewage pipe

    My sewer backed up in the basement. I tried another company twice. They came twice without the necessary tools and only made matters worse. Drainworks was recommended by a friend. Matt arrived 15 minutes after the call. He had all of the tools and explained the procedure so I could understand it easily. Within half an hour he had located the problem and outlined a solution. The next morning the crew arrived and dug a hole in the basement. They hung sheets and were very careful, leaving no mess. The job did not go over the estimate and the work was tidy. Once the cement dries and the carpet is rolled back, there will be no evidence. Mike, the contact person for the crew, was very helpful, explaining every step.

    blocked drain

    In a city where customer service seldom seems a priority, I was very pleased with DrainWorks. From initial phone contact through final invoicing, it was polite, informative and thorough. My drain is clear and I've now had a look at the condition of the main drain from the inside. Thanks Mike.

    unplug kitchen sink

    I am much satisfied with the service the drainworks provided me. I had a kitchen sink blocked with slow drain and even backflow. The service they rendered was prompt and professional. I am very happy with their services.

    Blocked floor drain

    We were pleasantly surprised when Matt from DrainWorks arrived in 30 minutes in his clean truck and clean clothes. He even slipped on boot covers to walk through our livingroom. He was extremely polite, explained the problem so that we understood, gave us options with prices, no pressure and no attitude. Matt finished the job, cleaned up after himself and wrote up a comprehensive and readable invoice. Customer Service was EXCELLENT!

    Backed up drain and a slow drain

    This was a great experience, from the person who answered the phone to the great plumber that they sent to the house. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were very upfront about costs and what to expect. They are one of the best customer service organizations that I have come across. I highly recommend them.

    Replace old toilet with new Caroma toilet

    DrainWorks plumber Chris Léger was helpful and courteous; Chris outlined our options in terms of repair or replacement; job was completed quickly and at the quoted price. No muss, no fuss. Dealing with DrainWorks was a pleasure.
