    sewage pipe replacement

    Front yard trees are great, until they infest your sewage pipe and cause a sewage back-up in your basement! Oh the joys of home ownership. Of multiple companies we had quotes from, Drainworks gave us the best price and warranty for replacing the old clay pipe with PVC. They did an excellent job finishing the project in a timely fashion with minimal disruption to our lives, and making sure the site was clear of construction debris before they left. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the same situation.

    Basement Drain installation

    They were clean, professional, courteous, no loud music, no swearing, efficient, and on time. Cleaned up their job site well. Would highly recommend and would consider for any future jobs.

    Replace basement pipes

    I highly recommend DrainWorks. They worked with me in a very professional manner and was very thorough. Frank also assisted me with applying for the city rebate for the back flow valve that I had installed. You absolutely won't go wrong hiring this company.

    Plumbing

    I have Chris from Drainworks currently onsite as i write this. I had a leak from old pipes and a water pressure problem in another. He investigated and came up with a solution. Although plumbing costs are always high in old houses like mine due to the skill involved, Chris gives an honest opinion on what needs to be done and what should be done. This is the second time i've used Drainworks and i would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

    plumbing

    This is the second time we have used Drainworks for repairs in our home and I would not hesitate to use them again. From our first point of contact on the phone to the last technician to leave the house they were professional, courteous, friendly and answered any questions that we had regarding the work. They explained in detail everything that needed to be done and why and gave us advice on things that will be needed to be done in the future with estimated costs so we can be better prepared. The dispatcher gave us a courtesy call to let us know when they were leaving so we wouldn't have to wait or guess when they were going to show up as well which was appreciated. They arrived on time and told us exactly what work was going to be done and why. The work was done quickly and efficiently with absolutely no damage or mess to any part of the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of plumbing repairs. Well done Drainworks!

    Water main replacement

    We wanted to replace our main water service before doing any more work on the plumbing. Decided to replace the main because if we found out down the road it was a problem, we wouldnt be able to deal with it later. Called Drainworks, received a tech and a quote the same day. I wasn't available to be there while they did the work, but was assured if I wasnt happy they'd fix it. Being my second job with Drainworks I was confident everything would go well. They repaired the basement floor nicely, positioned the meter and incoming line in a good spot, and made a minimal cut in the driveway (which now matches my main sewer replacement patch).

    Plumbing - Main Drain/Pipes Replacement

    This is our second experience with Drainworks as we had some clay pipes replaced in our home several years ago. Due to invasive roots, we needed to replace the rest of the clay pipes with PVC and while the trenches were dug out, we also installed a backwater valve. Marco, Frank, and Armando were professional, courteous and on schedule at all times and the work crew were neat, fast, and courteous in our home. A great overall plumbing experience.

    Plumbing

    We had an issue with water leaking into a neighbour's unit and needed to definitively find the source as the condo corp was trying to blame us. DW's plumber determined it was not our plumbing and wrote a detailed report that got the condo corp off of our backs.

    Main Drain Replacement

    About 7 months after moving into our new home, we discovered that roots had taken over the main drain from the house. This required a complete replacement of all of the old clay pipes, under the basement floor and out through the front yard. We called DrainWorks for a second quote, which came in about $2,000 less than the quote from another company. Armando came to give the quote, and was thorough and helpful. He also led the crew when the work was done. The entire crew was great - on time and hardworking. The first day involved digging two 8-foot deep pits in the front yard, and by the end of the day, you couldn't tell that anything had happened. They returned everything to how they found it. Everyone we dealt with from the company was friendly, efficient, punctual and a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier and highly recommend them!

    drain pipe replacement

    I have been using them since the 90s. This was work done inside my home. There were great. It was done in a day and they left NO mess. I would recommend them to anyone with drain issues.
