    basement drain repair

    I hired drainworks to inspect and then repair a consistently backed up drain. They showed up on very short notice, used the camera to inspect and explain to me the possible problem, dug out a hole in my newly renovated basement, kept all dirt and mess to a minimum, moved the drain, filled the hole with concrete and showed me a final camera inspection - all in one day. They were fast, clean, informative, detailed and experienced. Without a doubt, the best plumbing company in the GTA. I highly recommend them.

    Drain camera, repair, snake

    Had a recurring floor drain backup problem so we called Drainworks to do a camera investigation. J-P was very helpful on the phone and scheduled Matt to come who was very professional and gave us some repair options. We chose to replace a section of cast iron pipe in the basement floor and again J-P was very helpful getting the excavation team out in a couple of days when it was the most convenient for us. Lou came out for the excavation setup and the crew got to work. They covered stairs/carpet with tarps to keep the mess to a minimum, were very neat with the broken up concrete. They finished with new concrete which was well finished. J-P scheduled a follow-up with Matt for the next day and he showed up as promised to do a camera of the new pipe section and a snake of the section that was not accessible before. After snaking a final camera showed that we finally had removed the obstruction causing the recurring problem. Not the cheapest repair, but everyone we dealt with was courteous, professional and helpful finding a way to resolve our drain problem.

    Snaking drain and toilet repair

    Matt came to our house to help with a blocked drain and constantly running toilet. He was quick and got the job done. Very happy customer. We've used Drainworks a number of times for various jobs in the house and would continue to call them in the future.

    Main drain blockage

    Arrived promptly within 2 hours on a Sunday. The plumber, Matt, was very courteous and did the work needed after explaining all our options. We were very satisfied with the services.

    Basement Plumbing / New Water Main & Pipes

    Frank and the rest of the Drainworks East team were phenomenal! Only glowing reviews from us. Very professional and able to accomodate to our time schedule. The work was thorough and well done. Always left the site clean, too. Highly recommended to all.

    Plugged drain

    I am very pleased with the service from Drainworks. The service technician, Matt, was very professional, knowledgable and courteous. Matt reviewed options and costs prior to correcting the problem. All on a Sunday afternoon with no premium charge. I would certainly recommend Drainworks to anyone with a plumbing problem.

    Snaking out sewage drain

    DrainWorks initially dealt with our main sewage line 7 years ago. They cleaned it out (did not replace) but did warn us that tree roots would likely again cause future problems. This week we had a problem. We called Drainworks at the end of the day, and they arrived an hour later. They already had the history, and knew where the traps were located in our yard. 30 minutes later we were up and running, for less than we were quoted on the phone, as they were able to do the work from an easier location outdoors. This plumber (Matt) was as personable and professional as the first fellow we met 7years ago. Would highly recommend them.

    Draining basement

    Water flooded my basement and the kind at people at Drainworks fixed the flooding problem and were very nice to me and treated me well. I would recommend them to anyone who had the same problem I did

    Emergency Drain Camera

    Saturday night is not the time you really want to find your basement floor drains backing up (not that you ever do, really, but Saturday night is definitely not the time). Regardless, the dispatcher was friendly and professional and Matt arrived at our house well within the scheduled time. He was fast, efficient, and able to solve the problem with just the camera, preventing the need for more work. We've used them before and we'll definitely use them again!

    sewage and copper piping replacement

    We called DrainWorks to help us solve a reoccurring sewage smell in our basement. They came the same day, identified the problem and outlined our options and the cost for each one. Lou was very patient answering our many questions and pointing out the various pipes once the digging had started. We rescheduled the work by one day to avoid having an obstacle course for trick or treaters. This was no problem. The workers who came out over the two days we had the work done were very diligent and made sure to clean up the site when they were done each day. We are very happy with the work that was done and would recommend DrainWorks to others who are in need of a plumber.
