    Plumbing Repair

    Outrageous Menu Pricing! Poor Customer Service! Arrogant Condescending Office Manger! Drainworks Owner Hiding Behind Email Address! This company takes advantage of menu pricing on plumbing jobs no matter how small the job. $369 dollars to install a facet? $ 159 dollars to inspect a problem? And if you sign the proposed work order they will threaten to keep your deposit! Drainworks gives plumbers a bad name this is not a plumbing company! This is a sit behind a name jack up prices, up sell customers get rich business model approach! Beware and stay clear! Find a local plumber and keep an honest tradesman in business. One Very Un Satisfied Customer..

    roots in drain

    After a blockage in the sewer drain and a call they arrived with the hour on a Sunday and had it unblocked in no time for less that they hdd advised me it would cost. The work in replacing the old drain was prompt and they were considerate not to make a mess and they cleaned up afterwards. Everything was fully explained. Well Done

    camera inspection

    Great service. Another company said pipes were cracked, drainworks tech Matt explained the problem, verified pipes were okay and took the time to help us understand how our system works. Solved the problem and saved us from a company that was trying to rip us off. Thanks Matt!

    Drain Cleaning

    Called up Drainworks (Mississauga) on Sunday, not expecting to reach anyone. Massimo answered and said appointments were full for the day but that he would call as soon as something opened up. (It was not an emergency.) Sure enough he called back a couple of hours later and Matt came by to clear out the drainpipe. He told me how much it would be upfront and that's how much I paid. He didn't leave until everything was okay.

    Drain Inspection/Clearing

    I called a few Drainage/Plumbing Contractors that I researched off the Internet and found DrainWorks to be the most responsive and professional in handling my call and listening to my problem. The 2 gentlemen (Lou and Eric) that came to my home (Sept. 11, 2012) were extremely polite, courteous and professional. They attentively listened to my issue (overflowing catch basin) and offered simple and cost effective remedies to solve my problem. They walked me through the remedial steps of their plan to ensure I understood what they were doing, and showed me the problem once encountered. Problem has been fixed as all was flowing with yesterdays rain. The BEST compliment I could give these guys is that, if I had a Plumbing/Drainage company, I WOULD HIRE THEM TO WORK FOR ME!     replace water intake pipe

    When I suddenly had to replace my galvanized iron water intake pipe because the city was installing a water meter, some work was being done at a neighbour's by DrainWorks. The neighbour gave me a great recommendation for DrainWorks and I was relieved to be able to hire a company I could trust and one that is very capable. This company works hard to maintain its good reputation. Its work was fast, well done, and amazingly neat. I am really pleased to know of a company that I can trust for future work. I think that for most people that sense of trust is really important.

    Scope external drain pipe. Remove old trap

    We wanted to check for tree roots in the external drain. The drain itself was fine, discovered on scoping it via fibre optics. The house is of an age that the house itself had a single trap, and it had roots in it. We had this unit taken out, and replaced with current piping and such. DrainWorks did a terrific job on both the scoping and the trap aspect of the work. All that was done was clearly explained, and we had ample time to ask questions and receive clear explanations. Well done, DrainWorks!

    Drain Clogged

    Called Drainworks and told them my problem, they diagnosed it and suggested that a team come to house the next day. However they were able to come the same day. Very professional crew, explained the problem, explained how they woudl fix it, and they did a great job. Thanks Lou and Eric

    change a portion of clay pipe to new pvc pipe, used snake to clean the grease

    i recommend this company to anyone, who need a plumping service. You can trust them, they do their work in a professional way, no mess at all for us to clean after they finish their work.

    toilet installation

    Phil from Drainworks just left. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm really impressed. Exceeded my expectations. He gave me options, and detailed exactly what the costs would be before starting the work. Thank you!!
