    Clogged Sink Drain

    I had a clogged sink for over a week. When the service men came to me i was greeted with a polite and friendly attitude, they covered their shoes and made their way in. The service was done quickly and they left not one spot behind, cleaning up after themselves as they left. I have nothing but great things to say about this company, they are professionals in every aspect.

    assess and fix a plugged kitchen drain

    Was provided was same day service. I was given a 3 hour window and I was called to confirm the time of arrival. Matt assessed the problem and informed me of the possibilities, quoting me a price. He got straight to work and after multiple tries was able to fix the problem with out extensive work being done. He also repaired the pipes. He was EXCELLENT.

    Replace Piping beneath house and front yeard

    We were quite satisfied with DrainWorks. They were reliable, on time, completed the project in less time than we originally were quoted and given the extent of the project, did it in a very clean and thorough manner. The basement carpet was roughed up in one area, however, the carpet layer mentioned that usually it was much worse after plumbing guys were done.

    Clogged sink & toilet

    DrainWorks provided prompt and courteous service. Clear and quick handling of my initial call, timely arrival, solid consultation before performing work. Technician was friendly and professional. I am unsure of market prices for the services so not sure how they fare on price.

    Drain blockage

    Excellent, prompt service helping to unblock the main drain to the street on a Saturday morning. Plumber arrive dwihtin about 2 hours and quickly and simply assessed the situation and performed the job. Great service.

    Clear clogged kitchen sink drain

    My kitchen sink drain was clogged on Thursday. My wife called Drainworks the next day Friday. The person on the phone was very professional and courteous. He was able to give us a service call on the sameday (thank you) and at a time that was convenience for me (after my work hours). Matthew, the Drainworks technician arrived on time at my house. He was polite, wore little booties over his shoes and then proceeded to assess the problem so that he can give me an accurate quote. Matt was great. He answered all our questions with good detail and professionalism. He did not rush the job, which I liked and took all precautions to protect my floors with a vinyl drop sheet should there be a drain spill. He would explain what he was doing to us and knew what he was doing. He proceeded to clear my drain in a timely manner using a power snake. Quality of the work was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call on Drainworks (and Matt) again when needed and would recommend Drainworks to others. Well Done Matthew - thanks!

    Drain Clogged with Tree Roots

    Our basement flooded during a storm one afternoon and we needed it fixed quickly. Drainworks came on the same day. The diagnosis was that the drain was clogged with something. We appreciated that the plumber was able to tell us where (approximately) the clog was and offered us choices as to how we could proceed including the costs for us to take into consideration. When we made our decision, he proceeded to fix the problem with there and then. We appreciated that he offered some thoughts on prevention of this problem for the future without pushing any service on us (he discovered it was tree roots as they came out on the coil). All in all, it was done quickly and professionally. We were a bit surprised at the cost as we didn't think it would cost that much just to snake the drain, but the problem was dealt with and we were grateful for the speedy service.

    Blocked drains in pipe by a tree root

    Drains not clearing, back up in shower and toilets. Drainworks investigated with camera through 85ft. Tree root in pipe! Job completed with great service area cleanad up and area left in excellent condition I am very very pleased with the iinformation given involvment in showing me what the problem was. Excellent service would not hesitate to reccomend to my friends. Thanks Mollyanna Potter

    Pipe and drain replacement from Drainworks

    We called Drainworks after experiencing a sewer smell in our laundry room drain. What struck my wife and I was the following: 1) Drainworks actually answered the phone with a human being who took our info and promised to call us back. 2) They actually called back and communicated when they said they would. You would be amazed at the number of contractors and service people we have had to chase to get work done at our house over the years. 3) Once we had an appointment they followed up with us when an earlier appt. opened up and offered it. They communicated with us throughout 4) Frank and the crew that did the work were very polite, professional and explained everything to us, making sure we understood the scope and the cost of the work, as well as what would be happening at every step of the process. Most of all he never tried up-selling us or pressuring us into extra work. 5) When they were done, they cleaned up the mess. 6) Despite the cost of the job (digging up floors is not cheap), I never felt like I was being ripped off or stupid for asking a question. It's nice to be treated fairly...

    We were very satisfied with the prompt, courteous, and professional service provided by Drainworks. The quality service started with William, who answered our phone call, and the competent technician, Armando, who recommended solutions and solved our major problem the following day. We highly recommend Drainworks
