    Clogged Drain

    Had a clogged drain - Read the reviews in the Toronto Life Magazine. So i gave them a call Jerremy who came was excellent and very professional. He gave me my options and his recomendations an hour or so later he resloved the issue. He came on time and the service was excellent and so was the cost .     Backup of drain revealing clay pipe encroachment by city tree

    Had a backed up shower that was cleared on my timeline. Lead to discovery of city tree in partial clay pipe in the front. Courteous staff with blue booties came in and led us through the process from clearing blockage, dig and replace, and negotiation of city replacement and reinbursement of broken pipe repair.

    Unclog Drain

    Speaking on the phone was easy, and Jeremy arrived way earlier than planned (which was a good thing.) He was very friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks for the great experience!

    lead pipe replacement

    I was very pleased with the service from Drainworks. I found the staff to be very courteous and extremely competent. Thanks to Mike, Eric, Walter and Armando. I will definitely use Drainworks again, and have already recommended your company to friends in my neighbourhood. I am impressed not just with the quality of the work, but with the 20 year warranty as well.

    Repair a broken underground pipe

    I was experiencing sewage back ups in the basement due to a broken pipe. Drainworks located the problem and provided me a quote that was the exact cost of the job. They also came over and cleared the blockage so that I could use water until they could get over to do the repairs at the last minute. The staff were all very pleasand and answered all my questions.

    Drain Work

    "In April of 2010 we had a problem with our drain and contacted Drain Works. From the moment I called I received excellent customer service. I was advised they would dispatch someone to come out and look at the problem and Armando was at the house within an hour. Having dealt with other plumbing companies I was very impressed that they took the time to put down a tarp before moving the equipment in. Armando advised me that the solution was temporary that the trap in our basement had to be replaced. I was given a written estimate and was not pressured in anyway. August 2010 we had the work completed Armando and his crew came in and did the work. We were impressed with the care they took of our house and of the exceptional service we received. Thank you, Armando and Drain Works will recommend you to everyone Mary and Angela

    Sewer line replaced inside & out

    We had tree roots growing into our sewer line causing backups. Drainworks diagnosed the problem and replaced the old clay pipes with PVC, both inside & outside. Everyone we dealt with was fast and super efficient (thanks to Matt, Lou, Mischa & the crew). They fixed all our plumbing issues and then left the place incredibly clean.

    Water service upgraded to copper from property line to house.

    Drainworks upgraded the water service from the property line to the house. The work and subsequent clean-up was completed on schedule at a very competitive price. I have no reservations in recommending Drainworks.

    Clogged Drain

    Armando came over during the time that we were told that he would arrive.Service was exceptional and very informative, but very pricey. WOuld use them again based on their service level.

    All Drains and Stack Replacement

    We called Drainworks after tree roots caused a back up of laundry & toilet water into our basement. Yuck! Armando Gatti arrived to assess our situation and after viewing the damage the tree roots had done to the majority of our original clay pipes we decided on replacing everything. It was at this time we discovered our stack was leaking and in danger of bursting so we had to replace that too. Beginning our unplanned basement renovation! Since all pipes were to be replaced we decided to pour new concrete floors. Armando was great at accomodating our requests to drop our pipes to allow us to gain some height. His crew worked hard and fast digging trenches through out our basement and front yard in no time. I was amazed at how quickly the whole process was completed. These guys were polite, professional, hard working and even came in slightly under budget. If I ever need any more drain work done I will absolutely call Drainworks again!
