    Snake a basement drain to clear out debris from trap.

    During a downpoar, I discovered a puddle in the basement! FLOOD! The water had popped the drain off. Instead of panicing I called DrainWorks. The dispatcher was very curtious and said someone would be out shortly. The serviceman came, asessed the problem explained it to me and got to work. The problem was solved, I felt no pressure to get extra services and I could pay by INTERAC.

    Basement Floor Drain Blocked

    Great service from DrainWorks. Came quickly, arrived on time. Jeremy Harris explained everything clearly and was very professional. Gave us great advise and took away the worry in a difficult situation. He was accomodating to all my request and proved to me the issue was properly corrected. I have and will continue to recommend DrainWorks. Please set up a franchise in Collingwood as we could use you up there as well. Thanks David

    removing roots from drain

    We found the workmen who came to our home to be very articulate, neat (the red slippers were nice), thorough and prompt. The people answering the phones were also very helpful.

    drain cleaning

    they came quickly, were friendly, and gave good advice. They did a great job and charged a reasonable price. I was very happy, and will use them again if I have a similar problem

    Drain Backup

    Our downspouts drain into the sewer drain. One backed up and flooded our basement. We called Drainworks and over the course of a week, dealt with 6 different people. From the office to the supervisors to the workers....everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They were all very polite and helpful. All the process were explained and every possible option was given and our decisions were respected. You got the feeling that they had our best interest in mind.

    Clogged Basement Drain

    DrainWorks did a fantastic job for us. They came on time and stayed until the problem was solved. They were very thorough in everything they did. We would definitly call them again.

    Pipe replacement

    Our basement drain started to backup after running a load of laundry. The worst thing was the smell! We called Drainworks after reading the reviews on homestars and Jeremy came within an hour. He was very professional and efficient and what I liked best about him (and Frank) was he took the time to explain all the different options we had. We ended up going with a pipe replacement and the guys who did the work were great! Helped us relocate plants, finished the job quickly, and cleaned up so well that you would of never of guessed that we had a 7ft trench in our front garden.

    Toilet tank cracked and kitchen drain leakin

    Philip did a great job in replacing the toilet and the kitchen basket-strainer assemblies and two washroom facets. Very satisfied with the work done. I would definitely call them again, if needed.

    Bathtub backing up

    Mike and his partner arrived on time and they were professional and courteous. Fully explained everything upfront. No hidden costs or surprises. I would definately recommed Drainworks to a friend!

    Tree roots in drain line

    Drainworks was supposed to arrive on June 30 between 3;00-7:00pm, with a phonecall promised one half hour beforehand (2:30). But they called at !:42 and noone was here. When we called back, then said they could only come between 5:00 - 8:00pm. Slight miscommunication here! Initial visit with Jeremy, used scope, identified problem offerred solutions and quoted prices. Onsite staff were neat and thorough.
