If you are looking for a professional company who will do an exceptional job, provide great value, have extensive experience, are a pleasure to deal with, reliable and creative - Duralock is it. I can't recommend them enough. Just look at the before and after photos of our backyard. We now have a beautiful extra living space and are enjoying our backyard for the first time since we moved into our house 8 years ago. We listened to Karla's recommendations - which were contrary to what we were asking for - and are so glad we did. Experience tells. And if she suggests that you add lighting - do it! They completed our whole job in 2 days. They own all their own equipment and their own trucks and seem to have an endless supply of staff. We had a loose stone - it was fixed within a day of calling Karla. Excellent company.

Great front end and back end service from quote to finish. Both Karla and Tony (and his team) were great to work with - flexible and consultative throughtout the process. Duralock did both hardscape and planting. Excellent quality, very happy with the outcome. Will use them again and will recommend them.

We met with Karla and I told her what I wanted. She was extremely accommodating and also gave us excellent advice. Paul (one in a million) and his crew arrived. They were extremely professional and did an incredible job, just what I wanted. Upon completion the outside of our home was left without any signs that a extensive job had been performed. They clean everything, even the road. I would recommend them 100% to anyone that would like a professional, competent and reasonably price project done to their home.

We waited for 6 years to plan out our perfect front landscape and interlocking hardscape. We never thought any company could achieve our vision, and then we found Duralock! Karla and Tony were true professionals and helped us from day 1 throughout the project. We learned that the crew were very experienced (Paul was our supervisor and has been with the company over 10 years). The entire team worked expertly together, each knowing the next step, and completed the project in the 3 days days they estimated it would take. Even our neighbors came by to admire their precision work. Duralock used professional equipment as needed for a complex job like ours. They explained the importance of each step. We had outdoor lighting, plantings, and armour stone all put in with the hardscape paths that followed our landscape plan. Duralock's experience helped us fine-tune the design along the way. I had 5 companies come by for a quote and explanation of how they would complete the job. No one even came close to Duralock for quality of workmanship, design, and customer service. Karla was a pleasure to work with, as was the rest of the staff onsite. There is no better choice for interlock!

I want to thank Karla and Danny and the entire crew for such an amazing job on my backyard patio and front porch. The job was completed within the promised time, and most importantly the quality of work was simply awesome! We were in need of a redo of our front enterance and a widening of our driveway. I canvassed 4 landscape companies for quotes. Two of which told me what I would be getting flagstone because " that's what we do most often" , rather than listening to what I wanted. Karla arrived on time for the first meeting and each subsequent time. She listened and made suggestions based on experience which I believe resulted in a much better end product. Paul and his crew were curtious and an extremely hard working group. Neighbours have been stopping by since completion commenting on how great it looks and how they did an amazing job with the cleanup. The only negative would be they could have brought a couple more sod rolls instead of using grass seed on the one driveway side. A great experience I would definitely use them again.

Tony and his team are amazing! Wonderful, friendly service and solid job. The workmanship is great and Duralock totally transformed our outdoor space! Looking forward to the rest of the summer in our new backyard!

Karla the sale person is professional, knowledgeable and helped in putting together the final design. The crew started and finished on time, fast but accurate. The end product is amazing, no hiccups, delays or any hidden fees. The team thoroughly cleaned the area after completion of the project. Danny the team lead provided useful tips on care and maintenance.
