For the past few months prior to the project, we've been looking for a reliable interlocking company to complete a walkway project for us. We've never dealt with contracting companies before, so this was going to be something that we had to spend a lot of time on researching. During our research, we had the opportunity to receive numerous quotes and consult with different companies. Sadly, after each consultation, we just didn't feel the 'trust'. Then we had the opportunity to meet with Jony from Dura-Lock. After his consultation, we felt comfortable and even educated. Although his quotes were a little high, we felt that 'trust'. After receiving a quote from Jony, we still wanted to see what else was out there. We ran into a quote that was almost $1000 cheaper than Dura-Lock, and we almost went on with a contract, but when I thought back to how much this contractor DID NOT educate me or how I DID NOT feel that I could trust him, we called and cancelled. Almost a week later, we sent Jony an email to honestly ask him if it was possible to budge on the pricing of the project, we negotiated back and forth, and we came to a mutual agreement . Although the pricing was still a little steep, it was manageable for us and reasonable for Jony. The fact is, is that we were willing to go above what we orinigally budgeted for because we felt that 'trust'. To me, Jony went above and beyond for this project. Even though it was a small walkway job, he made us feel comfortable along every step of the way. And I am extremely happy for choosing Dura-Lock. Big shout out to PAUL, CHRIS and MIKE for completing the job, it looks fantastic!! Thank you again, and we look forward to working with you guys in the future!!!

Excellent work overall. They did a very good design for the driveway that made it look a lot better that the plain interlock look. Very competitive prices and very neat work. This is the 2nd time I use, first time was for my old house. Highly recommended, make sure to call them when looking to do any interlock work.

I had previously gained some experience in dealing with contractors when we were renovating the inside of our home (basement, kitchen, bathrooms). Needless to say our experiences were terrible, so when it came time to improve on the exterior of our home I was not looking forward to dealing with more contractors. We were looking to improve the outside landscaping with walkways and a backyard patio made from interlocking pavers. I did my due diligence, just like I did before, inviting four contractors to provide me with an estimate. When Jony Bahsous from Duralock came to provide me with and estimate I found him to be charming, knowledgeable, and honest. However, I was suspicious and skeptical given my previous experiences with contractors. Duralock provided me with the most competitive quote, and I liked the fact that Jony actually did the work too. He just wasn’t a salesman punching numbers into a calculator and hoping for the commission from the sale. Duralock is a family business where Jony and his brother, Tony, work together getting their hands dirty. When it came time to excavate I found Tony Bahsous to be accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I had to coordinate the installation of a sprinkler system with the excavation, and Tony made it quite easy. Then came time for the installation of the stone and limestone screening, Duralock used larger gravel and had gone a little deeper than some of the competitors. Also, they buried my down spots used weeping tile and they used creative pop-up emitters to allow water to flow freely from the pipe and away from our home. Plus, the pop up emitters are green and they blend perfectly in my lawn. Tony’s attention to detail was impressive. Look closely at the turns in the walkways and patio and you’ll see the gaps are very tight. Finally, his follow-up maintenance program was reassuring. Tony and Duralock came back the following year to make sure their project stood the test of winter. The Bottom Line: Duralock renewed my faith that there are honest contractors who take pride in their work.

What a great experience with Tony & Jony! They were fast, clean and very accommodating with various changes that we had during their work. Really satisfied with how competent they were. You wont be disappointed!

My wife and I spent a lot of time going through many different companies and quotes reviewing what each had to offer. When choosing a company to do something like interlocking, you can never be sure as to what you are getting. Your instincts can only take you so far, you basically have to choose a company and hope you made the right decision! I do not regret for a second giving this job to Duralock. Our sales person who initially quoted us, Matthew, created a design based on what we wanted and gave us his suggestions along the way. He was very truthful and knowledgeable about all the possibilities we could have done. He did not try and add any unnecessary costs like other companies had, he was very straight forward. The crew showed up early on the date the job was scheduled for. After meeting with Johnny and Tony we knew we had made the right decision. They were very respectful of my home and did an amazing job! We couldn't be happier! From the initial quotation till the last clean up, we were very pleased with all the employees and workmanship. Thanks guys! We will see you again next season to do our back patio!:)

From the minute the communication started with Duralock to the install of the last brick, this team was flawless! Anything that we requested was done. The guys were professional, curtious, neat and tidy and on time (which was key with us)! We never thought workmanship for this kind of value still existed. I challenge any of my Oakville neighbours and collegues to find a better contractor for the type of work Duralock does. Thanks once again Durlaock, for and exceptional job!

Jony Bahsous and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that we were satisfied clients. The quote I received before the job was started is the amount I paid when the job was completed. I advised them of the design and materials I had in mind for the job, and from there they gave expert advice as to the materials and design that would best suit my environment. We worked together to ensure the job was done properly and to my satisfaction. They arrived on time to start the job,and finished within 72 hours (which is exactly what they had advised). Any inquiries I had after the job were answered promptly with a phone call or a visit from Jony (he always makes himself available to the client). I look forward to doing more business with the Duralock team in the future.

We are extremely pleased that we chose Dura-lock to complete the Interlock & flagstone installation and the landscaping in our home. In three and a half days the Dura-lock team transformed our home exterior into what we envisioned the end result would be. Tony & Johny, the hands on owners of the company, did not mind approving last minute changes, answered & dealt with any concerns or questions we had and always made valuable recommendations that confirmed the Dura-lock team is a well experienced, reputable and extremely knowledgeable contractors. The Dura-lock team also delivered everything they promised to deliver in the time they promised to deliver it in. The whole team was very pleasant to work with. I knew from the minute Jony entered my door for an estimate that Dura-Lock was a reputable company. Every detail from the uniform, presentation, price, suggestions and knowledge of the entire process made me feel comfortable. As a single woman, the task of dealing with contractors can be very scary, but as I said....Jony made me feel comfortable. When it was finally time to get my driveway done, Tony was just as polite and professional. The entire group of guys worked as a team and were very effective. The level of professionalism and courtesy shown to my home was nothing that I expected. I am so happy with the final outcome. Duralock did a very professional job. I am a computer programmer and used the internet to find the best company to do my driveway and front patio. I called many contractors to our home and decided to go with Duralock even though I had to pay a little more. Johnny the sales guy was fantastic and took the time to explain every detail of the project. He explained the different materials used on the job and why his company should be the one to trust. I put my trust in duralock and they did not disappoint. Our project was a few days late, which Johnny had explained might happen because of weather. Once the crew showed up lead by Tony the owner and Paul his supervisor it was a delight to watch. These guys are truly truly professional. They knew exactly what to do all the time.
