My husband and I could not be more pleased with the quality, professionalism and value of the work performed. I researched many companies and found Duralock's staff to be very personable and engaged in ensuring that they were achieving my vision. I am a very particular individual that always seeks perfection and was completely impressed with the amount of detail put into our gorgeous layout. To me, it's about quality, value and implementing all of the small details and Duralock achieved all of the above and much more. I met Tony initially and we agreed on a plan. I quickly knew that he was a trusted advisor through our interaction. I met with Tony on the day of the job and he continually checked in with me to ensure the work was meeting my satisfaction. Again, he was another trusted advisor. Both were great consultants and they went above and beyond. If I needed anything, Tony would respond to all of my phone calls immediately - this is impressive and may me feel very comfortable throughout the process. With the competitiveness of this business, it can be somewhat overwhelming to find a contractor. In this case, Duralock was an easy choice for me. My mother as well partnered with Duralock and she has a gorgeous layout as a result and again, great pride was put into this project. The entire crew treated both projects like it was their own home. They were on time, cleaned up and checked in regularly with us. I never write reviews but this is one that I feel strongly about writing. If you are making a decision, you should go with Duralock based on the quality, value and more importantly, because they are trusted advisors. Duralock gave us a great wedding anniversary present. Thank you to everyone at Duralock! We very much appreciate everything that you have done and we're looking forward to enjoying our new landscape!

Duralock completed our interlock project on schedule with results that exceeded expectations. The owners and sales rep were always available. Phone calls and e-mails were returned promptly. The crew was efficient and clean, completing the work with minimal disruption to the neighbourhood. We are very satisfied with Duralock and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Jony Bahsous and his team were professional, courteous and meticulous. We needed to have our project completed by a specific time due to our daughter's wedding. Jony, Tony and the crew completed our job early in order to accomodate our special request. The attention to detail, suggesting alternatives inorder to enhance our design, adding in features without extra charge were all appreciated. They showed up on time everyday and cleaned up at the end of each day, demonstrating pride in their company and workmanship. We have already passed on Dura-Lock's contact information to a number of people who have stopped by our house, impressed with the beautiful work. We had 6 companies come and give us quotes, looked at completed work in our area and decided on Dura-Lock. Needless to say, we have no regrets and would definately recommend this company.

Took a chance with Duralock cause you never know who to choose.They came in alot less than the last two quotes so right away we were skeptical,usually you get what you pay for.They were behind on the project a couple of weeks,but exceptional customer service and workmanship made it worth the wait.My wife and i had a few concerns and they were quickly met.Johnnie (Owner/Foreman),Jony (salesman)and Tony (Owner)and all the guys we're fantastic.Should also mention they were very meticulous with detail.Great work guys,thanks alot! Jony at Duralock was a true professional. At one of the jobs at a rental property there were some misunderstndings with the tenants. He was great and quickly solved the challenge. Quality work at a fair price! I would use them again.

We found Duralock through Homestars, and just had our back patio completed by them and we were so impressed. Jony, Tony and the crew were exceptional and there workmanship is like artwork. Like many other reviews here, I must say Jony was a pleasure to deal with, starting from the sales and the hand-off to Tony the owner. It was like clockwork, they knew exactly what to do, and worked well together. My husband and I had many quotes, and Duralock was NOT the lowest, but they really sold us with there warranty, upgrades, sand and edge restraints. We definitey recommend Duralock for all your interlocking needs.

From the moment I called Dura-Lock I felt very confident in their company and workmanship. Our salesperson, Matthew, was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns prior to signing the contract. He had explained all the different types of stones and materials they would use and advised us on which colour combination's would look best, also having samples on hand to show us. We had gotten 4 quotes prior to Duralock. Duralock was not the cheapest, but Matthew even took the time to explain why. "We are more expensive because we have great workers, using the best material, and we do not cut corners. There's a reason why we are 2009 contractor of the year" he explained. Boy was he right! Johny had called me a few days prior to the crew showing up to make sure I would be home and to confirm the colour and stone selections. Tony (the owner) and his crew showed up bright and early and did not hesitate to start working. Tony and the crew were very respectful of my home and were very clean. Even Matthew showed up a couple of the days to make sure everything was okay. The job took only 4 days and I couldn't be happier with the results. Before I made my last payment, Tony took me through the entire project to make sure I was completely satisfied and happy. Tony had even given me a few extras for free that he thought would brighten up my garden area. I do not know what else to say but I am ecstatic. Now all my neighbours are jealous and asking me where I got the work done! I feel like I am working for Duralock I am talking so much about them!! There is no doubt in my mind they will enjoy the same experience I did. The respect and honesty in this company is just something you do not see anymore! Our patio interlocking was done the way we wanted it to be. It looks great! Recommendations given were very helpfull. We were able to change a colour combination for the stone the day this job was done. It was very nice working with this company.

I recently purchased a new home in Milton. When it came time to get the backyard landscaped I called around to a few different contractors. I picked Dura-Lock because they seemed professional, friendly, and offered a good price. Jony the salesman was very courteous and helpful when it came time to choosing the style of paver, colour, and design for our backyard patio. They only requested a small deposit before starting work, and as promised the job was started on time and finished on time. The crew arrived with Jony and began working right way. They were all very polite and worked hard all day. When the job was completed they cleaned up and even removed some old steps that I no longer needed. Jony didn’t leave for the day until the job was done and we inspected the finished product together to ensure I was happy before the final payment was given. The finished product looked great and will be a huge improvement to my backyard. All in all it was a pleasant experience dealing with Dura-Lock and I would highly recommend them to all my neighbours and anyone looking to have work done. You wont be disappointed!!

Although my front walkway was a relative small job, I was treated with the highest regard and importance. They were responsive and conducted business with integrity. I was very impressed with the quality of service. Rarely have I ever been given such outstanding service and all at a very reasonable price. They worked within my budget and created an amazing front walkway. It was a pleasure to work with people who know the meaning of efficiency. The foreman and crew arrived on time, were hardworking, friendly and completed the project right on schedule. They hauled away the garbage and left the work area neat and orderly. I found Duralock to be knowledgeable, helpful and give a new meaning to customer service. Jony, and the owner Tony, took the time to stop by the house throughout the day while the work was being done. Jony even went the extra mile to sod a portion of my front lawn which he knew was of particular concern to me. How nice is that?! Neighbours have stopped by to admire the work and, this morning, even the mailman took the time to seek me out to praise the new look of the house. I am extremely pleased with the timely completion and the excellent workmanship of Duralock. I highly recommend them.
