I contacted three different movers (all with great reviews on Homestars) to give us estimates for our cross-town move. Much to my surprise, Europas estimate was about 30% lower than one estimate and about 20% lower than another. (Their final bill was a little higher than the estimate but still $350 lower than the next-lowest estimate.) Start to finish, from scheduling the estimate through the final post-move paperwork, they were exceedingly professional, courteous, and punctual. Their back-office operation is first rate. They remain in regular contact and are very vigilant that everything is on time and on track. (I've moved a lot and I've never seen this much follow-up and follow-through by any moving company.) The packers and movers were all really great people. They worked fast but carefully. They listened to us on instructions, and they were very well organized and coordinated. It was bitter cold outside, but that didn't stop them. As noted, the final bill was a few hundred bucks higher than the estimate, but still extremely competitive and worthwhile. Probably the best single moving experience I've had, and I've been through a LOT of moves.

Europa Moving was amazing. The first thing that struck me was how professional, and accommodating, and helpful, and friendly everyone was. Starting with the scheduler and the other office staff who made it sound normal to have no idea how much of what was in your old house you would be needing to move. Someplace between a 3 bedroom house full of furniture to virtually no furniture, just tons of boxes. Same for how much packing help we'd need -- someplace between everything in the house to just a bit. Some would be moving to new place, some would have to go to storage. (As it turned out, stuff went to 3 locations + storage and they kept it all straight). then the estimator who showed up in his company car, ipad in hand and walked through the house with me and documented (with pictures) room by room what might have to be done. I asked him for a worst case bid -- it looks just like this when your guys walk in -- i.e., nothing is packed and still working on where it all goes. Their worst case bid was by far the lowest one I got and it was segmented so that I could intelligently figure out what the services I actually needed would cost. The moving crew was nothing short of amazing. Cheerful, friendly, patient, and extremely competent. Labeled boxes all of the boxes. Worked out a strategy with the crew chief on how to keep everything straight and organized on their trucks. Besides getting everything to the correct place, they even remembered what box certain key items were packed in. And did I mention that nothing got broken??!!!? But, a highlight was yet to come. When we got to the first stop -- the storage facility -- I talked to the crew chief about paying them. Turns out that I couldn't pay until the move was completed and the final tally done. Unfortunately, the last drop-off point was at my nephew's home and I couldn't be there. It was already after 5 and their office was closed, but they directed my call to their emergency dispatch number. So -- I called and got the company owner who worked it all out with me so that I could give him my card number and authorize the charge over the phone when it was done. These guys are the best in class. More like they've defined a whole new class -- white glove movers and hand holding. I can't imagine ever calling anyone else.

Our experience with Europa Moving was great! I was first impressed with the level of communication that I received over the phone when talking to Joe. He was very helpful and informative when I called to inquire about their moving services. He then followed up with a email detailing everything we had discussed. The guy that came over to give the estimate was also friendly and gave me a few tips to make the move process easier. We did most of the packing ourselves, but he suggested letting them pack the kitchen dishes. We followed his advice and nothing was broken. Before deciding on Europa Moving, I took a couple of competitive bids and Europa was one of the more reasonable movers. On the day of the move, the crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were very professional and worked with us to get all of our items situated in the new house. They completed the entire job in less time and for less money than originally planned with nothing broken or damaged. We hope that we won't need to move again anytime soon, but if we do, we would not hesitate to use Europa Movers again.

This is the second move I used them for and it went as well as the first move. I only moved a few blocks from one house to another, but stopped at a storage unit too. Everything was wrapped and padded well. They also were able to discard an old sofa for me for an extra $50 which was a great convenience! All of the move coordinators are easy to work with and very responsive. The moving crew was prompt, quick and careful with my things. My move came in a couple hundred dollars under the estimate, and took 6 1/2 hours instead of the 8 estimated. I hope I do not move again for a long time, but if I do I would definitely use Europa Moving again!

The crew showed up right on time and quickly introduced themselves to me. After a quick walk through to determine what items were going to long term storage and what items to load in what sequence they went right to work. The crew was highly organized and worked quickly. Everything went flawlessly and not one items was damaged or even scratched. This was pretty amazing considering that we have many large pieces that had to come down stairs that have a right angle. Rudy himself helped bring down a large box spring and kept his hand between the wall and the frame so that the wall would not get damaged. During the removal of one very large piece hoisted out a window a shutter was cracked. Rudy immediately told me and reassured me that they would purchase a new shutter and have his carpenter come by to replace the old one. We were closing on the house and had a short turn around to have the house ready and Rudy had his carpenter come the next day! During the move I incorrectly told them that several small items were going to storage. Several days later we began rearranging our furniture in a new and smaller living area and we realized the mistake. I called Europa Moving with the thought that this was my fault and I had agreed to their access charges at the storage facility. Not only didn't they charge me, but they even delivered the items the next morning. I highly recommend Europa Moving for any job. It was refreshing to see a company where the owner's attitude toward taking care of other's property and professionalism filters down through the whole organization!

The entire experience was excellent. Andrey and Rudy in the office were exceptionally responsive to the requests/ changes in dates (due to the endless snow storms!) and the moving crew were exceptional. They were careful with our items, they worked continuously and hard - and their ability really amazed us as they moved some furniture that 4 adults struggled with when we took it into our home - two of our crew picked it up and moved it without any apparent difficulty! We would use EUROPA again if we moved and recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for movers in Toronto. The only glitch that we encountered was that the movers did not give us the 10% discount that the office promised us because of our special arrangements. But once I called Andrey he quickly resolved that issue and returned that money back to us. Thank you for such great customer service!!!

My work moved me from Guelph to Oakville, I was already a little disheartened at having to leave my hometown and was not looking forward to the dreaded long-distance move. Couldn't handle it all on my own so work hooked me with Europa, who they also recommended to corporate clients. There's a reason they recommended them, great service guys! I Can't speak to the cost which seemed reasonable but my company picked it up, but the service as EXCELLENT. The workers had "can do" attitude that picked up my spirits, and more importantly they worked carefully to avoid breaking my big tv, scratching furniture, dinging up the walls, etc. This was my first move and I guess I am lucky I don't have any horror stories. Next day I was settled into my new place. Now I'm just hoping I'll get to move back to Guelph and have the chance to use Europa again!

I had a very successful move with Europa Moving & Storage on Feb 20,2015.The movers arrived right on time which was very important to me. They were courteous, fast, efficient & careful. I would definitely use this reliable company again.

there aren't enough words to describe just how good this moving company was. we had to move out for a pretty extensive home renovation. From our very first contact with Andrey and Peter in the office, to the teams of Joe and Rudy, who moved us out, and Joe, Rudy, and Rob. who moved us back in, everything was done so smoothly. Every single piece of my furniture was wrapped in blankets and taped up. They respected our space and our things. One of the things we did was refinish our hardwood floors and when we moved back in, the guys put down runners to protect the floors. They moved furniture when I didn't like where it was placed in the room, they put together a chair for me and a bed that had been previously delivered and put in the wrong room. If I ever have to move again, EM will be my first and only phone call. They were beyond awesome.

This was my first time ever using a moving company in Toronto and my experience was excellent! I was in a fourth story condo and moving to a second story condo (so there were many stairs and elevators involved). When speaking to my family and friends I told them I was quoted for 6 hours to move everything. No one could believe it: "They are hourly and will turn it into a 10 hour job". Nothing could be farther from the truth. The two guys sprinted up the stairs to get the next object to move. Even in the winter cold. The guys were also extremely polite. When I was given the 2 hour window of 2-4 ( since I was the second job), they made sure the call me and let me know a closer window which was 3:30. It was nice to have this window, as I was desperately afraid I would be at the new place organizing and packing and they would just appear. I am so glad that I had this great of a moving experience, it was worth the money to have professional men moving my belongings. They were very considerate of all of my stuff, and I could not have asked for a better experience. THANKS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART EUROPA!
