I used Europa for a residential move. They were very quick to respond and within a week of initial contact I was settled into my new apartment. The Europa team is very professional, they handled my furniture and items with care. They were on time, extremely professional and easy to work with. Overall my experience was very positive and I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them. Thank you Europa for making my move so easy!

This is the 3rd time that I have used Europa's moving service and i wouldn't think twice about using them for any future moves or recommending them to any of my friends and colleagues. Through each of my past moves, my experience have been great from speaking with Joe and this year with Ray to the pick up of the crates after the move. On each occasion, everyone that I have interacted with has been very professional and this year I want to pass on a big thanks to Cormac, Adam and Rudeen who made the move absolutely painless.

Being a sceptic after a harrowing experience with NA Van Lines (2000) I researched this company thoroughly and BOY! was I ever glad I did. We were moved from Ontario to Nova Scotia with NO HIDDEN FEES and not one single break, every item accounted for, Thank God for the peace of mind these guys gave us and FAIR PRICES! We were referred to Europa through a family friend who has used them for years and we weren't disappointed. Ray was really nice and answered all of our questions thoroughly, and the three young men who showed up to move our house were polite and hard-working. Even though it was a long day they never complained and they took really good care of our furniture. I will definitely be recommending Europa to my friends. The only complaint I had was that they were 15 minutes late to arrive but they did call ahead of time to let us know there were stuck in traffic so we weren't panicking when we didn't see them right at 9:00. Overall a very professional experience.

This is my first time moving from Toronto to Richmond Hill and i was referred from my manager to this moving company! they are amazing! Very chatty and they made my move way easier than i though! thanks again to both movers C & C that helped me out on that day ! Of course we experienced some delays during the moving but it were totally out of our controls such as traffic and garage door blocking by some random unauthorized vehicles! Overall the experience has been great and would recommend this company to others and would use this company again in the future.

WORST. Experience. EVER. Deceptive Salesman. Changed the deal afterwards without calling me. Grossly underestimated moving needs and timeline. If I didn't have TWO of my OWN vehicles we wouldn't have made it and went HOURS over estimate. I would NOT TRUST THEM!

We contacted Europa for our move from Toronto to London, based on their great reviews on Homestars.We were moving long distance and wanted to make sure that our movers were experienced. we were 100% happy with Europa's service. Cormac and Tony did a great job, they called before arriving at either location and were professional in what they were doing. They took care of our stuff and delivered everything with no incident. thanks to Ray for arranging everything and his follow up. Can't wait to use your company again. You made moving easy!

Europa met all our expectations on our move from Toronto to Picton. Not a straightforward move either as we had goods in storage while staging our house and we closed on our house before closing on the new one. Europa arrived on time and packed everything in the house then it went to their storage for a few days before being moved to our new home. On the day of the move they used a second van to collect the goods from our own storage area before the two vans came to Picton. In the move-out from Toronto and the move-in in Picton not a single item was damaged, not a single wall was dented and no scratches on floors or elsewhere. Peter and his team made every effort to ensure the move was satisfactory. They were punctual, the cost was within the quoted range, and we could not have been happier. After reading so many horror stories about movers it was a delight to find a company that cares about its customers and their goods. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Great experience all around. Brutal hot move day in mid-July and the day started with the team arriving (right on time) with news they'd had to rent a smaller truck as the one intended for us had broken down. Good news was truck number 2 would be arriving in a few hours to take the overflow. Great crew, careful but fast. Patient and helpful with some large artwork and large (heavy) custom furniture. Thanks to Ray and Cormack (and his crew) for everything - especially the ability to weather the heat with good spirits. Strongly recommended.

Europa movers were top notch. They arrived on time for 9 am, they were professionals, moved all our stuff with good speed, wrapped up anything that could have been broken during transportation. After seeing some horrible moves by other family members, Europa is #1 the best at what they do IMO, and I will 100% recommend them to anyone cause you will not be disappointed.
