The move went great. The move was on the first day of the month and it was raining out, so the crew was understandably running a bit behind. To make up for it they actually sent a 4th mover at no additional charge. We were the last move of the day but the entire crew was still incredibly fast and professional. They were actually running while loading our items into the moving truck at the storage facility and unloading at our house (nothing was broken either). The crew was incredibly professional and gracious the entire time.

The guys arrived on time and were very thorough and careful with both my belongings and my houses, new and old ensuring everything was wrapped in a moving blanket and tightly packed in the truck so it wouldn't shift. I knew it would likely take more then the 6 hours I had paid for in the deal but was impressed that it didn't take much more time. All 4 of these guys were moving from the second they arrived to the second the job was done. They even did a walk through to ensure everything was out of the first house and again to ensure everything was placed how I wanted it before calling it a day. After talking to other friends about moving with other companies I was expecting them to take breaks, etc to extend the time but the only "break" they took was driving from house A to house B and they were there about 5 minutes after I arrived so they certainly didn't extend that either. Very impressed... Hoping I won't move again for a long time but if I do, I'll call on Europa again without hesitation.

They did a fantastic job!! They moved all of our heavy items with care and a speed that would make anyone's head turn. They wrapped all the furniture with blankets, tape and securely moved them to their truck. They did such an awesome job they had enough time to move the new houses old washing machine and dryer back to the old house. We could not leave our front loaders behind :) I would hire this company again to move, Great job fella's!

I had previously used another company a few years ago based in part on reviews from Homestars and were disappointed with the substandard work ethic and professionalism. Therefore, I was somewhat reluctant to place much reliance on reviews for Europa and other moving companies this time around. However, after initially speaking with Andrey, who I found to be very candid, helpful and responsive to my concerns, and reviewing the contractual documentation in advance (which included a competitive quote), I decided to hire Europa. The three staff were punctual, professional, polite and hard-working throughout the six hours notwithstanding the inclement rain. I experienced no notable damage to my personal property or either of the premises that we moved from and to. In addition, the movers communicated and worked well with one another, regularly sought my input about where I would like items stored and answered all of my questions, and they did not deviate from the price that we had agreed on. I was impressed that Andrey personally attended and was part of the moving team (given that he is the representative I had always dealt with from the outset), and that all three staff worked together to complete the move, rather than (as was our past experience) having two of the three staff work and the third person 'supervise'. I would hire Europa again, which is why I volunteered to write a review of their services.

We had Europa move us from Ajax to Maple. They had the most competitive quote of 4 movers we talked to. We did all the packing, they did all the moving. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Europa. Everything we wanted in our interactions were met or exceeded by them. They were prompt, courteous, very friendly, and very professional. Their handling skills with our possessions was top-notch, e.g. they padded all of the items that needed it, they communicated well with each other, and they were careful at all times. Overall, working with this company was a highly satisfying experience and have my highest recommendation!

Europa handled the move perfectly from start to finish. Prior to the move, a representative came to our office and gave a fixed price estimate. The movers showed up around 7:30 on the day of the move, and proceeded to move things out of the office at a great rate, taking care to wrap furniture with pads. The team was upbeat and conscientious throughout the move, and were easy to work with. They arranged for a subcontractor to arrive with a some our missionary to, and this process went absolutely smoothly. Partway through the day it became clear that the move would require two trips. Despite the additional time involved, Europa agreed to honor the original estimate, even though they didn't fully finish until 9-10 PM. (We gave a generous tip to everyone involved!) Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Europa Movers, and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a small, well-run, top quality moving service.

We hired Europa Movers to move our furniture from a storage facility into our brand new home. The crew arrived about 15 minutes early and started working right away. The 3 men crew were courteous and cautious with our belongings and with our new home. They moved everything we had and reassembled all of our furniture in less than 6 hours in a downpour of rain. We were billed according to the quote, which we reviewed online, with no hidden fees or extra charges. I am always hesitant when hiring movers because it isn't always easy to trust strangers with your home and personal belongings but I would be extremely comfortable to use Europa Movers again! We had Europa Movers do 3 moves for us recently. They moved furniture and boxes from our storage bin, then they moved us from a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment and then they moved some of our furniture from my sister's home--all were moved to a newly purchased home in Scarborough on three different days. These men were absolutely wonderful!!! We have moved so many times and I only wish I had known about Europa before now. Andrey, Rudy, Will and Peter were hard working, disciplined, pleasant and incredibly patient and professional. We could not have been more pleased!!! The price was very reasonable and each job was staffed with the men to do the job efficiently. We asked them to store some items for us because our construction is not yet completed in our basement. We look forward to having them out again to bring out things from storage and help us place furniture in it's final place when construction is done. The third move from my sister's home took place late afternoon after they had already spent the day on another job. They were fresh, good spirited and as skilled as they were the days they started with us at 8 am. These are terrific young men!

OK - I have moved a couple of times in my lifetime by professional movers. Usually with a local move we would do it ourselves, but our backs aren't as strong as they used to be. So we decided to hire movers. Europa movers was by far the most efficient move I have experienced. We moved on a Sunday and had to pay a slightly higher rate, but it was worth it. They were efficient, professional and courteous! They arrived promptly at 8am and were done before 2pm. I thought the move would take the whole day based on how much we had and previous movers, but not so. Just to give you an idea just to unload our truck it took the previous movers from 8am until 4pm, not these guys - load, drive and unload and were done by 2!! They did such a great job. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them.

I had been told to expect the movers between 8am and 9am. Ted, Nate, and Paul arrived at 8:30am on the date of the move. They all introduced themselves, asked for a walkthrough to see what was being moved, and then immediately got to work. They wrapped each piece of wood furniture in thick quilted cloth, used thick plastic wrap for the mattress, put together wardrobe boxes for ease of moving hanging closet items, and carried boxes out of the house with amazing speed. I was asked to do a final walkthrough prior to the ramp removed and doors closed on the moving van. There were no outstanding issues so they confirmed the new address and said they would meet me there soon. The unloading was completed as efficiently as the loading. Furniture that had been dismantled by the movers at our previous home was put back together quickly in the new space. A sofa needed to be moved in via a window when it became obvious that it was not going to make it around a corner on the stairs. Ted and Nate quickly assessed the situation and made a plan (while Paul continued putting furniture back together). When the window had been removed, Paul immediately left what he was doing to help get the sofa into the house and then went back to putting furniture together. Ted, Paul, and Nate each treated my possessions with care and they asked questions when in doubt about anything. They worked extremely well together and carried themselves with positive, friendly attitudes. Moving is stressful but this group made the move as easy as it could have possibly been.
