    Window replacement

    Great people to deal with very happy with their work and very nice windows installation looks great with top of the line trim work super clean up when finished no mess left behind all together 10 out of 10

    Cottage Window Replacement

    Steve and son showed up at the scheduled time and worked great together. They had to overcome a few obstacles with the job and handled it professionally. The job was done well and the job site was left spotless. A job well done

    Exceeded expectations

    Exceeded our high expectations. The quality and detail of work cant be matched. Would highly recommend Exclusive windows and doors to anyone in the market. You will not be disappointed. I will use them again.

    Front door installation

    Windows Installed, Gov't Grant Declined

    Steve sold me windows and his crew installed those windows without issues. They even got a referal from my neighbours. However, Steve is not accurate with his quotes and advised me I qualified for the gov't energy rebate, when he did not double check (or single check, for that matter). Communicaiton seriously lacks with this company and they don't get back to you when things go sideways. In fact, they just ghost you completely. But, they got paid and that's all that matters to them.

    Thank You Exclusive Windows and their team

    Steve and his team are professional, skilled, quick and clean. There were no surprises and so much attention to detail from the measurements to the trim finishes. Its a family business with deep roots in Durham that really do a great job. If you want a quality product, skilled staff and excellent value choose Exclusive.

    Great Installation

    I am very impressed with this family run businesses and all the people involved in helping with installation and quotes, as well as their after installation service. It is always easy and pleasant to deal with Steve and Deborah and they are very considerate of time and costs. We have had three homes with new windows and doors from this company and would never deal with any other company. Steve (jr) is polite and does an excellent job of installing the doors and windows. They are always polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase or replace any doors or windows.

    Window and door installation

    After receiving some outrageous quotes for our addition, I contacted Debra at Exclusive Windows and doors. The quote was competitive and the Northstar windows are good quality. Steve, his son and the crew installed my windows and doors quickly and efficiently. It was a painless experience dealing with this family run business which has been around for many years. If you need winds or doors, you would do yourself a disservice not giving Exclusive a call.

    Install or Replace Exterior Doors
    Steve (Sr) was exceptionally knowledgeable and guided us to make the right decisions about our window replacements and patio door replacement. He asked all the right questions and then provided a very accurate quote. When the time came to do the work, the guys Steven (Jr) and Graeme were very professional and did the job quickly, and made sure that they left no mess at the end. I highly recommend that anyone looking for the right company for the job, contact Exclusive Windows & Doors! I'm extremely satisfied with the work!! I will use them again for my next window/door projects!

    New Doors

    Exclusive Windows and Doors was referred to us from a friend and we couldn't be happier with the results. Steve arrived promptly at our home and helped us through the many choices and options and we ended up with exactly what we envisioned but with some great options which Steve recommended. Both Steve and Debra were extremely knowledgeable, professional and were a pleasure to deal with. The installation team was great. They arrived exactly on time, were hard working, respectful and professional and gave us great advice on maintaining our doors. We could not be happier with the end product. Our new doors look amazing, better than we envisioned. We are so happy that we chose Exclusive Windows and Doors and we will definitely be using them again in our future projects. We highly recommend them.
