Bathrooms, lights, fans, heating; guest room heating

We had excellent service from Mike. He gave us excellent advice, then an estimate of the costs, adapted the plan as we wished and then arrived on time on the appointed days. The work was carried out as we wished, to an excellent standard and within the given time-frame. After the work was completed, we received a telephone call from the office to ask if we were happy with the work – we were. We would have no hesitation to recommend Mike and Expert Electric to others.

    Connect heaters and thermostat

Very polite service, unfortunately over $900 for estimated 2 hours of work, labor only no parts that is simply not acceptable. Would never call recommend or trust them ever again.

    Electrical Servicing

Called Expert Electric as I was having issues with a couple of power outlets around my home coming in and out of service. They booked me in within a few days, tech was on time, pleasant and had diagnosed and resolved the issue, walking me through every step of the way. The tech also advised me of improvements of future options for consideration that I personally found to be of great value for my family's home safety.

    hot tub

Inadequate assessment and needless work: Circuit breaker to hot tub tripping immediately, called Expert Electric for inspection and assessment. Recommended new powerline. Only when the replacement cable didn't solve the fault, we were advised calling a hot tub specialist. On a positive note they came around promptly and the electrician worked hard.

Installation of new line for induction cooktop and installation of LED lighting.

Froilan Florendo from Expert Electric assessed our panel capacity and ran a new 240 line from the basement to our kitchen, causing the least damage to the gyproc in routing the line. He vacuumed and swept up all debris and was equally fastidious when we had him install 2 new LED lights in our kitchen and LED track lighting in our hallway.

    Electrician

My light fixtures were malfunctioning and I thought they'd have to be replaced. The Expert Electric electrician was friendly, helpful, and thorough in both diagnosing and fixing the problem. This is the second time I've used Expert Electric and have been satisfied both times.

new fan and lighting in bathroom

The service was excellent. Our fan in the bathroom works really well and it so nice to have good lighting in our bathroom. Michael knows his business and also makes sure all fire alarms are working and we are in a safe environment.

    kitchen light fixtures

$300 to install 2 kitchen light fixtures is expensive, and that's with the so-called 15% MEE Members discount! When I booked the appointment, they did not want to give any idea of the cost, since they give members a free estimate, but it's difficult to turn an electrician away if I've taken time off to meet them, and EE knows that I'm pretty much hooped.
