    Great Customer Service

    One of our Levelor roman shades purchased 7 years ago decided not to retract any more. Although Fasada does not carry this item anymore, Natalie still managed to get us a work order number and our roman shade could be fixed under warranty. Thank you, Natalie, for looking after your customer after so many years.

    Outstanding Customer Service Followup 5 Years Later

    My Mom bought high end Hunter Douglas blinds for her unit and moved. The blinds were removed, but what to do with them? Natalie was extremely responsive in calling the factory etc. to see if we could get them resized for my house. Most companies wouldn't have given me the time of day. Thank you Natalie from Fasada.

    Windows and Patio Doors

    From start to finish, Ivica and his team provided us with exceptional, on point service. He saw my vision and helped bring it to life paying attention to all details, answering all questions and even going above and beyond by coming on a day that he should have been off spending time with his family. He was very up front with all details, changes and still managed to have his installation crew here on time (Thanks to Boris and his crew, too). I am not one to give top rating to someone unless they fully deserve it. Fasada deserves it! Also, I would share a photo but there is more exterior work to be done to showcase just how gorgeous these windows look. If the rest of the businesses I will be using offer the same exemplary service as Fasada, I will be exstatic. Ivica, thank you!

    Bay window blinds

    Our bay windows look FANTASTIC and the service we received from Fasada was truly exceptional! Ivica is very knowledgable and was extremely helpful in helping us choose the type of blind, colours and price range. The installers came ON TIME, did an amazing job on the installation, showing me how the blinds work and did their work very quickly. The service was exceptional and we honestly couldn't be more happy with the result! Our bay window looks beautiful, modern, and completes the room. All this to say, I’m incredibly impressed with the service, the quality of the product and we highly recommend Fasada!

    New window and blinds.

    They delivered and installed the product when promised and the workers were friendly and professional and cleaned up when finished.

    Patio door

    Unfortunately the worst experience of my life. Sales person was dishonest, installers were rude (not while in my home only after when their poor workmanship was discovered) and did not do the job correctly. When they left the door wouldn't even close! (Which I did not know until after they left because they told me not to touch the door for at least 15 minutes to let caulking set. When I called them to come back to fix they door they told me that I needed a lesson in how to close a patio door and refused to come back!!) Staff was disrespectful and Ivica covered for all of them. I could never in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

I now had a look in your file and found that your patio door installation was over a year ago. I did read your written comments on our Certificate of Completion Form in the file and it confused me. You wrote "Tony & JJ were great and fast and clean". As you can see by the reviews both before and after yours, this is nowhere near the experiences our customers have. We appreciate your business and are deeply sorry that we gave you a bad experience. I apologize for how you feel and wish that it never happened.

    Door installation

    So very pleased with the exceptional work by Fasada. Ivica helped me choose the best door aesthetically and stayed with in my budget. He has exquisite taste. The installation was easy, extremely professional and the attention to detail was second to none. My only regret was not having done this sooner. I am now moving on to my next project with Fasada-new windows!!

    Window Shutters and Shades

    I am very pleased to have chosen to purchase products from Fasada during the latter part of 2016. Each contact was a pleasant experience, including my initial visit to the store, Lissa's visits to my home, the shutter and shade installations and quality, the booking of the appointments, and Janet's assistance and responsiveness over the telephone to resolve a factory fabrication issue. Although it took time to resolve that issue, I was continually reassured that Fasada would see it corrected, and I did not doubt that promise. I certainly appreciated the rebate from the factory and the additional rebate from your store provided as compensation for the inconvenience. I am very much enjoying my new window coverings. I will not hesitate to purchase again myself, and will be happy to recommend Fasada to friends.

    blinds for condo

    Recently bought blinds and was dissappointed in their lack of transparency. I will not be buying with them again.

    New Front Door

    Ivica came to our house to review our options for replacing our front door. He was very knowledgeable, open and honest in terms of options (aluminum, wood) and he considered all of our thoughts and concerns as he presented potential doors. The installation was delayed slightly due to circumstances beyond his control (backorder situation) but they offered a free upgrade to our door to keep the process on schedule. The installation happened this week and the door looks great. We had a couple of questions after the installation happened and they were handled immediately and professionally.
