Reply created 8 Dec 2017We are sorry for the problems that you had with your appliances but we tried our best to support you along the service route and generally we do have great experiences with both of the items you had problems with. You have to understand we are dealing with the big manufactures and we do have get the support through them. We wish we could of replaced the units right away but we need authorization from the suppliers as well. Please note we did say if service was not smooth with the wine cooler we would replace it no questions asked.
