    New Refrigerator

    Michael had a great problem solving mindset and a "can do" attitude. Found a smaller fridge that would fit a tight spot, reassured me that the delivery team would remove doors and get it into place. The delivery men were excellent -- knowledgable and helpful. They even reinstalled an interior door for us. So glad I discovered Faulkner's!

    Appliances

    I have purchased all my appliances from this family owned business for over 30 years. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I never hesitate to recommend them the friends, family and on social media!

    Beware: Terrible Customer Service

    Terrible experience - we've shopped here twice but the second time we were treated so rudely by the owner Gord that we will never shop here again. Once they have your money, follow up customer service is not a priority.

    Satisfied Repeat Customer

    I am a repeat customer over the past 19 years - washer, fridge, dishwasher and stove. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery and installation has always gone smoothly. I would highly recommend Faulkners.

    Excellent Service/ company

    Faulkners is the best Appliance Store in Toronto. Honest, Trustworthy and superb value for money. We had a great experience working with them. Gord is hugely knowledgeable of all brands and appliances. It made our decision a lot easier. Would recommend to anyone!

    Always the best

    I've gotten 3 appliances from them now, over the past 5 years - washer, dryer, range. They seem to stock only appliances they know to be of good quality and not likely to break down. They have good appliances at a variety of price points and always have the features I'm looking for. Delivery and installation has always been smooth, too.

    Amazing staff & service!

    I recently purchased a full set of kitchen appliances with help (and much patience) courtesy of Michael and Gord. Not only were they able to work within my budget, they kindly ordered from a manufacturer they don't typically carry, then rushed the order to fit with my contractor's schedule! From consideration to purchase through delivery the team at Faulkner's were amazing and I can't thank them enough! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase new appliances.

    Oven and steam oven delivery

    Faulkner was great every step of the way, from ordering to estimating very reasonable delivery date to delivery. Faulkner himself was in touch and everything about the process was flawless.

    Kitchen appliances

    We bought most of our kitchen appliances at this store five months ago and based on the homestarts reviews, we thought it was a good business. We made a BIG MISTAKE we've had numerous issues with the Samsung refrigerator and AVG wine cooler. We have spoken several times about the poor quality (noisy, poor ice maker, doors do not open properly) of the products and they have asked to call Samsung and AVG's customer service and they haven't done anything to fix the problems because it is just the way "the products are". Faulkner's appliances do not stand behind their recommendations as we followed them. The quality of these two products is bad, at least in larger companies you can ask for your money back or exchange products but not in this company. After writing this I hope they pay attention to us and help us the resolve the issues. For sure next, we are going to buy appliances at a larger store where they have the 21st-century customer service.

    We are sorry for the problems that you had with your appliances but we tried our best to support you along the service route and generally we do have great experiences with both of the items you had problems with. You have to understand we are dealing with the big manufactures and we do have get the support through them. We wish we could of replaced the units right away but we need authorization from the suppliers as well. Please note we did say if service was not smooth with the wine cooler we would replace it no questions asked.
