    Custom Couch

    We were in the market for a new couch. Something that would transform our space. Andrea met with us at the International Design Centre where we tested couches, looked at fabric samples, discussed our space and our wants. When we finally settled on our couch choice, Andrea & her team arranged the ordering of the custom fabric we choose, talked us through choosing a pattern for our throw pillows and arranged for the delivery. They monitored the progress from the build to the delivery and when we were unable to be there on the delivery date Andrea herself was there to ensure everything was perfect! We love our couch it's a game changer. Without Andrea & the Fine Finishes team we probably would have a settled on a generic couch from a big box store that wouldn't do our space or our needs justice and would require replacing in a few years. Thank you!

When we source furniture for our clients we go directly to the manufacturers where we can get the exactly what you need for the space and make the most of your budget. We can adjust cushion density, length, legs you name it! We even select and supply the fabric for you, which we tested by spilling red wine to ensure that it will look just as good 10 years from now as the day it was delivered.

    Whole House Reno-incl Kitchen, 2 bathrooms & everything in between

    Andrea and her team at Fine Finishes Design are truly caring professionals. This renovation has been such a dream. Andrea and I connected in February 2022, and knew then she was The One because she was so genuine and enthusiastic. And since then she has been attentive, thoughtful and has transformed our home from builder grade to beautiful and personalized. She is respectful of the budget, has managed all the little hiccups with the trades and has carefully incorporated everything we love and nothing we dont into the amazing design. The renovation formally started in October 2022 and has steadily progressed on time since then. This has been the most stress-free, organized, stylish renovation I have ever done. If you are thinking about a renovation but dont know where to start, contact Andrea and she will take care of everything. She is truly a wonderful and trustworthy designer and I am so happy I met her!

    Major Home Renovation

    The Fine Finishes Design Inc. team did a fantastic job modernizing our home to get ready to sell. With this excellent work, our house sold within 5 days and well over asking. The work included: replacing all the flooring on the main level and all of the upper level excluding the washrooms upstairs, refinishing the spiral staircase to match the new wood flooring, replacing all the counter tops in the kitchen and washrooms, replacing all lighting and electrical fixtures, painting the entire house, replacing all appliances and much much more. All the trades worked very efficiently and delivered an extremely high quality product. We highly recommend The Fine Finishes Design Inc. team as they take great pride in the work that is done.

    New Home Decor

    I thoroughly enjoyed working with Andrea and I'm very happy with the results. Andrea helped with everything from light fixtures to carpets to furniture to art and accessories for most of the house. She is knowledgable, professional and has great ideas. I highly recommend working with Fine Finishes.

    Main floor reno

    I had hesitated to engage a contractor to do my Reno because I had been worried about all the different aspects it would entail. Walls, electrical, plumbing, floors, cupboards and all the small finishes. I asked Andrea to help me with my envisioning of what the final product would look like (colours and style) while thinking my Reno was small time compared to some of the things I’ve seen on their site. When she told me that no job was too small and that they would be able to not only manage the trades but give me a 3D walk through before I even committed to the whole thing, I was excited. What really made the experience satisfying was that every person who came through the door to my home was not only a highly skilled professional, they were also all really good people. From budget management to the simple explanation of the differences in grey, everything was done with excellence in mind. Andrea clearly loves what she does and her team do a wonderful job meeting your needs financially as well as designing the solution to meet your lifestyle. I am looking forward to working with them again and will mention them to anyone looking to have things done well inside their home!

    New build interior finishes.

    We are having a new home built and I was overwhelmed with the thought of choosing the interior finishes. Knowing that this would be our forever home, we wanted it to be perfect for us, but also something that later in life when we do sell would look just as appealing to someone else. Andrea helped us create spaces that worked well together and combined function and beauty. Andrea is exceptionally knowledgeable and explained costs and benefits for each aspect of the design. I can't wait to see how it all comes together. I would highly recommend Fine Finishes to anyone who is thinking about upgrading or redesigning a space.

    Colour Consultation

    We decided we wanted to do our home in white....there are so many shades of white! We had no idea where to begin and we didn't want it to look sterile or boring. Andrea came in for a colour consultation and worked with us to find the right shades to create the perfect space for us. My partner and I see the undertones very different...he see's the purples and pinks so Andrea worked patiently with us select something we would both be happy with for years to come. From there she took the time to talk about furniture colour's and accents to bring warmth & texture to our space. It was a great experience and we are so happy to be able to move forward now that we have a plan our colour scheme set. Thank you Andrea!!!

    Great ideas and helpful Advice

    After trying to pick out new flooring and countertops myself, I was completely lost and wrought with indecision. Andrea helped me pick a floor, countertop, backsplash and offered valuable insights and great ideas that I would have never thought of myself.

    Design Consultation

    Andrea exemplifies true creativity and service excellence. We reached out to her to provide consultation services for color selection and other design work. Her approach was unique and really resonated with us. We felt she really understood our personalities, cultural backgrounds, occupations, hobbies, etc. and then ideated holistic solutions that we were not able to visualize ourselves! Furthermore, she operated under some fixed constraints which included costs, existing imported furniture and art, which was even more impressive. Our entire experience was superb and I would highly recommend others to benefit from Andrea's broad knowledge and experience!

    Color Consult, Space Planning and Home Decor

    Andrea and her team have been fantastic and very accommodating. My initial goal is always to get a color consult, but she always offers so much more. Her services offer a 1 stop shop for any home design / decor consultation you require. She is also brilliant with space planning for families with multiple kids, and is budget friendly in her design recommendations such as for re-use of existing furniture, pictures and decor. Truly great at re-imagining spaces. We used her for 2 family home moves and it saved us a lot in terms of re-use. The dollar value reflects approximately 2 hours of work which covered color consult for a 2 story home and some decor suggestions.
