We have used Francis Movers many times for our personal moves. I have always found their staff to be prompt, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. I also used their packing services and the two ladies were amazing and most pleasant to work with. The cost above reflects the cost of moving and packing & unpacking for a two bedroom condo. I would highly recommend this company for all your moving needs.

I moved on Friday from Mississauga to Ajax and Francis Movers were amazing! We had to cancel last minute last week due to some complications with our closing. Francis was so accommodating and understanding we were shocked. We called to re-schedule once again for the new closing date and they were so helpful right from the start. On the day of the move the team (3 guys) ended up showing up early as I had the possibility of getting our elevator before the booking time. They showed up at the perfect time and were polite and professional. Mike, Mike and Jay took no time at all getting all of our stuff from our 2 bedroom condo and storage locker. They did not stop until the truck was fully loaded. On top of that they beat us to Ajax! When we arrived at our new home they were fired up and ready to go! Once the door was open they put down mats to not step on the new flooring and asked where we would like every piece of furniture or box that came into our home. We asked for them to grab some boxes from the cars we had with us and they politely agreed and cleared them out in no time. Start to finish, these guys were a shade under 6 hours and they did not stop the entire time, simply impressive! I could not have asked for anything more in a moving team! They were the best moving experience I have ever had and would recommend them to anyone out there. You will not find better in the GTA.

We were recommended by our friend to use this company, they told us to ask for Rick and his team. just wanted to let Francis know that we moved just over a week ago and after finishing unpacking the last of my boxes yesterday my husband found one drinking glass broken and everything else was intact. We were so impressed at the fact that all of our belongings were very well taken care of. We had a 9 AM start and the Crew were about 15 minutes early so we let them get organized and get started. Rick the driver came and introduced himself and he was very polite, he explained in detail how the day will go after doing a walk through our house, they were so efficient and organized that it made our day seamless and stress free. The guys took 2 breaks about 10 minutes each but it was well deserved. I would hire them again without question, Francis please let Rick and his crew know that we are so happy with them, hopefully we will not be moving too soon again but if we do we will definitely call Francis. We will recommend to all friends and family, thanks again RICK AND CREW!!!

Movers (Ric and crew of 3) were initially friendly but kept asking about payment, seemed to be trying to jam our belongings into truck resulting in several items having minor damage and scratches, and as the day wore on, one mover in particular started to swear in relation to our belongings. The truck was not large enough for everything to fit into for one trip and they were encouraging us to move the second load to save money. They seemed very rushed at the end and impatient to finish and smoked in the van while our belongings were still in it. Wardrobe boxes provided were previously used although I had mentioned a concern to Francis about one family member being highly allergic to animals. Plus side was that they were fairly efficient and there was no major damage.

We were very satisfied with Francis Movers. Matthew in the office and Mike & Julio the movers were all professional and polite. On the day of the move, the guys worked a full 8 hour day, with just a 30 minute break. They were very careful with our belongings and respectful of our newly renovated home. They made the move as smooth as it could be and we will recommend them to friends and family.

I booked a move with Danny's Crew as a friend suggested to hire Francis Movers and this particular crew. CAn i tell you we had a great time. Danny and his men were very accommodating and were in good spirits. They were always putting our best interests above everything else and were professional and knew what they were doing. If i had to move again, I'd definately hire Francis Movers.

On time, professional experienced crew, good rate, no hidden fee's. I have used this co. twice before todays move, 15 years and 22 years ago, recommended to many coworkers since then and no disappointments. It is really great to have a company do exactly what they promise to. It was a pleasure to deal with Matthew to book the move.

Francis Just a short note to thank you for moving us from Toronto to Cobourg recently. It was a great move, completed in less time than anticipated and without loss or damage. Your team of Don, Brian and Rick were excellent. They worked so harmoniously together and with such good humour and care we were delighted with the results. You are our Mover of choice.

I just wanted to send a thanks for a very smooth move this morning. The three guys; Rod, Grant and Dave were great. They took good care with my mum's belongings and were very patient as we readjusted furniture and rooms where things should go etc. etc. on this end. They were all done in 3 1/2 hours. I booked with Francis from a friends recommendation. She had used them for several moves. I was equally happy. They came on time. They were professional, fast and efficient. Moving is never fun, but if I have to move again I would not hesitate to use them again
