When parts are required, we usually have them on our vehicle. Our technician has about 10 different wall switches on their vehicle and had the better quality one for your unit. Thank you for contacting Gas Fix to service your Heat-N-Glo fireplace. When a gas fireplace is giving you difficulty when igniting, a simple cleaning is all it needs to get the unit operating as it should. When our technicians, like Joe, clean a fireplace, it's more than just lighting a pilot and cleaning the glass. We clean that fireplace. We use a vacuum AND air compressor to get rid of any and all blockages. We will also check all other components as required. When we're done, it should look like a new unit!
