    Gas Fire Place Repair

    I highly recommend Scott and Gas Fix Repair. Being in the real estate industry as both real estate agent and mortgage agent, I highly value excellent customer service. Scott was on time and punctual. He was able to accommodate my needs by coming out same day in a very very cold winter day. Within an hour he had everything cleaned and serviced. Not only will I recommend him and gas fix to my clients, I will also spread the word to my colleagues.

    Gas fireplace repair

    Our gas fireplace was damaged in a flood, Joe did the diagnostics and decided we would start with replacing one part. The followup appt and part came with Scott and the fireplace was clean, serviced, repaired and working like new. The techs are knowledgeable, honest and efficient. The day of service they called and told me exactly their arrival time, which I really appreciate. I will use Gas Fix again. Highly recommended.

    Thank you for your review. In most circumstances, we have the parts already on our vehicle. In this case, the receivers for this particular Valor fireplaces are no longer manufactured. Fortunately, we do have very limited stock in our office for these units and had the receiver required to complete the repair the next day.     Gas fire place

    Our fire place wouldn't work so I made an appointment with Gasfixfireplace. Dwayne was the technician that came out. Dwayne was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. After fixing our family room fireplace I showed Dwayne our fireplace in the rec room. As soon he saw the fireplace, he pointed out a problem that we didn't even know about. Just a note, we have used Gasfixfireplace to repair our gas pool heater and were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company.

    gas fireplace repair

    Jason was very helpful with my numerous telephone calls which I appreciated.He sent Dwayne to service my fireplace.Dwayne arrived on time was very through clean and tidy a real professional.My fireplace is working great.I would recomend Dwayne and this company to my family and friends.Mary Burlington

    Gas fireplace repair

    Jason was very helpful during my initial telephonic enquiry about the type of repair I needed and provided estimates for,two types of repair. Dwayne arrived on time, listened to my request and got on with the job promptly. Worked quickly, tidely and thoroughly. Fireplace works like dream and the estimate was accurate.

There are some unit models that when I hear the name and issue that the customer is having, I know what the problem is immediately. When I heard that you had a Heatilator CGC, I knew that the issue was the Mercury Flame Switch and was able to quote, accurately, the cost of a repair.     Gasfix Repair

    I was so pleased with the service we received from Gas Fix Repair! Dwayne was able to come within a week after I called and it was clear that he knew what he was doing. He was polite, professional and did a great job restoring and cleaning our gas fireplace. It needed a lot of work, but Dwayne had most of the parts on the truck, and returned a few days later with a new glass front (the original glass had to be replaced because the seal had deteriorated). All good to go this winter!

This unit had a "radio frequency" Honeywell gas valve that is no longer available but we had the conversion kit on our vehicle. We also replaced the pilot assembly and set you up for a fan and remote as well. Such parts - We always have on our vehicles.     Relight/service gas fireplace

    Dwayne was on time, polite and personable. He explained what he was doing and was not object to questions. He seemed fair. He was also tidy in his work. Mission accomplished.

    Gas fireplace

    Scott was prompt, efficient and very professional. My 12 year old gas fireplace seems new - amazing! I had considered a replacement, but the valve, a thorough cleaning, lava rock and embers completely updated it.

    gas fireplace cleaning repair

    my service tech was Dwayne. Very professional. Fireplace was giving off strong burning smell so I never use fireplace. We moved in 4 years ago. He checked to make sure nothing blocking vent, cleaned inside and outside of fireplace. It looks brand new and smell gone.I plan to use the fireplace this year!!

    Fireplace service

    My service tech was Jeff. He showed up on time, with all the necessary tools to replace the fan on my fireplace. He was very careful, and clean. He even laid down a blanket for his tools, and removed his shoes at the door. Very professional job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
