I had 8 windows and 2 doors installed by Home Decor a few months back and I was delighted with the new look and how warm my house was this past winter! Joe was very helpful, and Nino and his helper did a great job installing and cleaning up. Although it was cold and windy during the installation, they endured the elements and made me very happy. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants quality products and honest advice. Sorry it took so long to write, this review is long overdue. Thanks to all at Home Decor.

We had three exterior doors installed in November of 2011. In April 2012, when the weather had warmed up, we carried out a detailed examination of the work and found several problems: cracking sealant, bubble holes in sealant and wrong colour of exterior sealant used, despite our specific request for a numbered caulk. (include 3 pictures). Tony assured us that one of his people would stop by, inspect and make right. Nothing happened. One staff member called and advised us of an upcoming visit but never showed up. In mid-December, we contacted Tony again who promised that “Erin” would call within a week. It has been 5 weeks since that conversation and no one has called or visited us. Based on our experience so far, we would NOT recommend Home Decor Windows & Doors.

We replaced our front entrance door and window this past summer, we decided to go with Home Decor Window and Door for 2 reasons: 1 - Their price was very reasonable and 2 the customer service from the salesrep (Joe) was excellent, he was courteous, very quick to call us back and not pushy. The installer (Roman) was equally as good, the job was done on time and the craftmanship was excellent. I am very happy with the end product and would recommend Home Decor Window and Door to others.

Back in 2008, I reviewed the door replacement work that Home Decor and Windows completed on our home and I said that when it was time for windows the first and only call I would make would be to Tony, that’s how much trust we have in Tony’s reputation for dealing fairly and which also speaks to the quality of the product and workmanship. We have just had the windows replaced, including a beautiful bay window and I still maintain the same testament of this company. Tony’s guidance for the right product was right on the money and the installers, Nestor and Philip were meticulous with their dedication to the installation and they are stellar gentlemen as well. The property was left spotless and the care and attention to detail was superb. Once again Tony, we thank you kindly; you have a repeat client for any future business.

After many hours of web research and many visits to window companies we settled on Home Decor for our new windows and front door. We first met Tony at the Toronto Home Show and soon after arranged to meet at our home in Brampton. We are completely satisfied with our recent purchase, and are proud that both the window/door quality, and installation was as advertised. A special thanks to Roman and Matt for an installation that was without question done to exacting standards. Roman's measurements were flawless and provided the close fit required. Please feel free to ask Tony for this location to check out for yourself the quality of workmanship!! We left two Bay windows and a back door for next year, and will not hesitate to have Home Decor finish the job. Most importantly , both components of a successful window installation were met. You need a quality product and a quality installation. When you find both, you are sure to be happy as we are with the finished results.

Very satisfied with the product and service. Corrected some initial installation problems to my satisfaction. Would easily recommend this company without hesitation and will be using them again for some bigger projects. Joe & Tony were great - well done!

Met Joe Gerring( sales representative) at Home Show. Joe came to our home and spent time going over our needs. He was knowledgable, friendly and has a good sense of humor. A pleasure to work with. Joe always called us back when we left a message. Doors installed on time and we appreciate the work of the installers. Workmanship was very good. Price: comparable to others but the customer service was very good. We recommend this company.

I needed to replace old front door, side door and deteriorating wood trim on the outside of each. It really pays to wait and not rush into things. After several bad experiences with other companies, visiting showrooms and looking through numerous books for a glass design for the front door that was different, I found it at Home Decor. I knew at first glance and chose the "Impressions" design. Joe Gerring was my sales rep who was so pleasant and took as much time as needed. With his knowledge and expertise, we customized the glass for more privacy. I was a little hesitant ordering the glass design from a book and customizing it as opposed to actually seeing a sample but Home Decor provided a front door and sidelight entrance system that was beyond my expectations. It is stunningly beautiful right down to the elegant hinges, hardware and lit doorbell button. The compliments from people has been endless. Inside wood trim was originally ordered stained to match the rest of the house but when the wrong colour arrived, we decided painted white would look nicer to match the door. Without any hesitation the Order was changed on the spot to painted white wood trim with an end result being far superior making the whole door appearance breathtaking. However, white trim at the bottom of the door inside is not a good idea as it was scuffed black from shoes within 2 days. Also installed was a Mirage screen which is fabulous. However, the threshold is not level. The back portion is raised about 1/2 inch and the rail at the front approximately 3 inches with a gap in-between. Laid on top of the existing threshold, it is 12 inches wide with no where to stand so, you must step up and stride over 12 inches to get in and out of the house which is very difficult. For the side door, glass with the blinds insert was the choice which is great. The doors were delivered on time .... the installers were excellent, very friendly, professional and took great care and pride in what they were doing. The entire staff at Home Decor was excellent. The intallation team was fast and very percise. Great service and great product. I would recommend them to my friends. They were in and out the same day and the work was very clean.
