    All my furniture had to be packed up and moved to my new location.

    It was a huge task as some of the furniture had to go out my 2nd story window! I interviewed 4 movers. 2 said no way. The 3rd couldn’t accommodate my week-end move request. Hudson Movers were totally on board with all my requests. A friend had recommended them so I felt confident right from the get go. They arrived promptly at 9:00 am and were professional and thorough and wrapped all my beautiful furniture in giant quilted blankets! And they took the windows out (and replaced them perfectly). I was afraid to watch some of my bookcases being lowered to the ground from the 2nd story but not one bruise! Everything went smoothly. And even better, they charge by the hour so I was pleasantly surprised to see the final invoice was less than I anticipated. They were so efficient and finished earlier than expected! The guys were great and worked so well together. This is the company you want to hire if you want a stress free move!

    Great Moving Experience! Highly Recommend Them.

    Randy and the team blew us away. They were on-time, cared for our belongings, and went far above and beyond, even helping the company hired to move the pool table (who were understaffed) and to move my very heavy and awkward tiki hut. I would highly recommend Hudson Movers!

    Moving to another location

    Our crew was right on time, friendly and reassuring about looking after our furniture etc. They were really great, fast, efficient and above all ensured our furniture was well protected. The wardrobe boxes are awesome.... an absolutely great way to move some of your clothing. They were knowledgeable about the new home location i.e. vehicle height restrictions, where the loading dock was etc. etc. so saved us time and money.... Their patience of someone who has to offer to advice even if it wasn't needed was amazing. Would definitely recommend Hudson Movers. They were really terrific.

    Moving

    Best moving co I've EVER dealt with. The sales/admin team was great and were a pleasure to deal with but who really shone was the moving crew. They were happy, energetic, polite, and I can honestly say they didn't leave a single scratch, mark, scuff, dent on a wall or doorframe moving items out OR in. They handled the packing of our kitchen and not a single item was broken. I'd recommend this co without hesitation. They disassembled beds and reassembled them without a single problem. They are family run and clearly care about providing their clients with a high level of service. (The contents of our 3 bedroom home, approx 1800 sq ft, needed to be stored in the moving van for 4 nights between moves which accounts for a slightly higher price).

    Reliable, professional, courteous and hard working crew. They took great care of our fragile items. Highly recommend Hudson Movers!!!

    Multiple Moves

    From working with Margaret in the office to the packers to the movers (Randy and his team), everything was professional, fluid and surpassed expectations on this very complicated job which involved multiple moves to different locations. Margaret has been exceptional in organizing all the moving parts and accommodating when changes were required. The packers were efficient and quick in packing up a great deal of items, including numerous breakable objects with all boxes expertly labelled that allowed us to find things in storage when needed. Randy and his team of movers were professional, efficient and took extra care to ensure the safety of the items going into storage or for cleaning. Thanks to all members of this exceptional moving company in dealing with this very complicated job.

    Moving across town

    Hudson Movers were very professional. They sent four guys so there was always someone watching the truck. Nothing got damaged, nothing got lost. I'd recommend them.

    Moved my father's belongings to his new home

    They helped my 84 year old father move from a home he had lived in for 55 years. He moved out of the big city to a small town N/ E of the city closer to his family and into another house. The crew were fantastic ! They were both kind and curtious. They helped reassemble tables and any other items that required to be taken apart. I would recommend this company for any one moving. Thank You Hudson Movers and Staff

    moving

    have used hudson several times for moves and storage within toronto and from ottawa to toronto; Movers are prompt, clean and courteous and office staff are thorough. wouldn't use anyone else.

    Move from House to CONDO

    This move, planned about two months in advance, went exactly (or better) than planned. Picture boxes and Wardrobe containers were provided in advance and we were ready. Hudson Movers called as promised just before the move, and confirmed that their truck and staff would arrive at 09:00 the next day, and the day following as it was a planned two day move. They arrived as promised, installed appropriate protective materials around the front door, floors and staircase bannisters, and they set to work with energy and obvious efficiency. The staff were friendly, helpful and always accommodating of our questions and requests. The move was completed more quickly than planned as a direct result both of our preparation and the Hudson efficiency. The final cost came in less than the estimate and a refund cheque was provided immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Hudson Movers to friend, family or stranger.
