    FURNACE SERVICE

    GREAT tech great service . good price on time and knowledgable Tech explained the service .the fix needed and the price it would be for service very pleased with the job performed

    HVAC Replacement

    Outstanding work & clean up. I never wrote a review about a service company before but I just felt compelled to write one for Husky Heating and Air conditioning. I received a quote from Dmitri, SVP at Husky to replace the existing 12 years old HVAC equipment with a more energy efficient product from Lennox (Furnace, A/c & Rinnai Thankless water heater). He didn’t oversell, but was realistic. Francisco, the installer came on time, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient and was very careful with the house inside and out. His assistant did a good job cleaning up the work area. The whole job took almost a day and half, a total of 10 man-hours, which is superfast job by any standard. The first day by 4:00 pm, the thankless hot water and furnace were installed. They connected the old A/C to the new furnace for our comfort until they installed the new A/C next day. They also disconnected the existing rental hot water tank and took it back to the rental company at no extra charge. Good service. The job was very well planned and executed in sequence to minimize the total downtime and with very little interruption to the utility service to the extent that my wife didn’t notice that there is work being done in the basement. Very pleased with the job quality and execution and I would recommend Husky all around. Thanks Francisco for excellent work, on-time!

    Humidifier maintenance

    I had a problem with humidifier and a tap on the humidifier water supply. The technician came on time and was nice and professional. The work and repair were done quickly and professionally. The technician answered my questions and provided me with helpful information regarding humidifier usage and maintenance. Excellent experience. I will be glad to work with them again in the future.

    Air condition dosen't work again

    A Carrier 24ACC636 3T air condition system was installed in my house on Apr 20, 2011 by Husky Heating and Air Conditioning. it was found dose't work in August 2016( for 5 years used), I asked a technical person from Husky visited my house and checked it, he told me due to leakages happened in some valves, and he did refill the cooling liquid( charged me $134). Today ( June 10, 2017), I found the system still do not work properly when I start to use the air condition first time this year, the output air is not very cooler enough.

    Water Heater

    I needed a new hot water heater. I called Husky, they quoted me a price and did the install the next day. The salesman and both installers (Sam and Mike) were very professional, polite and worked extremely hard. It was a Friday of the long weekend and they stayed into the evening to make sure the install was done correctly and even cleaned up the mess. Husky will be my first call and I would 100% recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. Extremely pleased with the whole process.

    Furnace and air conditioner installation

    We were happy with the installation of our new furnace and air conditioner. The sales person and the installation team came as scheduled. The installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up properly. When we had a follow-up question, we received a prompt and clear response.

    Great experience with AC Install

    I had my AC replaced this weekend with a Lennox unit. I dealt with Dimitri on choosing the model and the different pricing. I appreciated that I had a few models to choose from and that based on all the research that I had done, Dimitri provided the best pricing. The install was set up for 2 days after I gave him the go ahead. Dimitri was very informative and answered all of my questions through a number of phone calls. The team showed up right on time. Francisco and Byron were great. Helpful on a few last minute decisions and did a great job on the install which included a new humidifier. They cleaned up after their work and gave me a great overview of what had been completed. They also had all of the paperwork ready for signature including all of the Costco documents, as this was a deal put through their connection through Costco. An amazing experience and when my furnace eventually needs to be replaced, I'll only have one call to make. Thanks Guys.

    Product with exceptional service!

    I have called Dmitri and he has always priced installs competitively. I have used Husky to install new systems at 3 of my homes, and 1 of my businesses. Husky has the best installers in the trade. They consider all factors on site, provide logical suggestions, and meticulously and neatly perform installations. If I have any issues, they come back to service without any hassle. I have been a Husky customer for over 10 years, and they are my go-to company for heating/air conditioning.

    Furnace Thermostat

    I was very pleased with the service that Dave, the mechanic at Husky Heating & Air Conditioning provided. He was very professional, patient, answered all my questions, and gave me some tips to keep my furnace running in top condition. The installation of the new thermostat was clean and quick, and Dave explained how to use it. I will call Husky again without hesitation.

    new furnace and air conditioner

    I am thoroughly impressed with everyone at Husky. Demitri came to give me a quote and explained the features of each unit and told me about the rebates I would get. I called him to ask questions and he returns calls within 10-15 minutes. Jenissie and Enroy did the installation and worked tirelessly in the pouring rain to install the air conditioner. They were extremely polite and professional. They ran out of time and daylight and were very wet. Dave came the next day and finished the A/C install. This company is A1 professional. I will continue to use them for my maintenance as well and I will definitely recommend them.
