If there is one word to describe Iberia, it is that they are professional. I submitted a request for a quote in the summer, and Frank called me right away to arrange to meet us. You could tell he is passionate about landscaping, and Iberia has been in this business for a long time. We took our time trying to obtain quotes from various companies on Homestars, but ultimately we felt most comfortable going with Iberia because of their level of expertise and attention to detail. There are certainly less expensive companies out there, but I believe you get what you pay for, and they stand by their work. From detailed measurements and quotes, to prompt communications with Chris, to their ability to respond to our inquiries, frequent on-site visits to assess the progress of the work, as well as flexibility to add or change elements of our project -- they really put our minds at ease that our money would be well spent with Iberia. They know their products. They worked with us to be able to meet my vision for a more contemporary look for our front steps, as well as the layout of the paving stones. They even found creative solutions for building a fence to accommodate a cherry tree that is growing at an unusual angle in the back yard. The on-site workers (JJ, Emilio, and Martin) were punctual and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. As the project was completed in late October, we were unable to plant as we might have liked prior to the start of snow. Frank has assured us that he will help us in the Spring of 2021 to select shrubs and plants that will help to compliment our new landscaping. We look forward to being able to enjoy our now usable and spacious backyard next year, and we have Iberia to thank for that.
