Backyard transformation
We were looking to transform our backyard to more usable living space. The scope of work we were looking to have done includes the following: - Replace existing rotten fence - Excavate and regrade the ground - Install patio stones - Install sod - Install a raised planter I contacted Iberia Landscaping services through HomeStars after reading many positive reviews. To be honest, I take review sites with a grain of salt as many of them can be gamed but this changed when I met Frank, Chris, Michelle and the crew! During the project, the crew showed up on time every day starting at 7 AM and working sometimes until 7 PM. They were very tidy throughout the construction process and would take time at the end of the day to make sure that the front and back of the house was tidy. They were also friendly and considerate of our neighbours. The workmanship was excellent as Frank and Chris showed up every day to ensure that everything was done right. I really appreciated Frank's attention to detail. For example, after the crew had put in the patio stones, he noticed that the grading was incorrect on a few stones. He had his crew redo that area. I would not have noticed until he showed me. The project started and finished on time. I want to thank Frank, Chris, Michelle and the crew for the job well done. I would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them to any one.

Backyard Renovation
We were looking to have our backyard renovation (including removal of concrete deck, installing pavers around pool, building a mini wall and plant cedars) done for the last 3 years but were not able to find anyone that made us feel comfortable that the job would be done to our satisfaction and within our budget. When Frank and Chris visited our home to review the job ask, they were very honest and upfront with their suggestions, comments and cost guesstimates. There was never any pressure for us to commit to Iberia. They started the job on time. The crew was very friendly, courteous, hard working and professional. They kept the property very clean on a daily basis. We are extremely happy with the outcome of the project and are very happy that we didn't rush into having the work done by another company. I highly recommend that you call Iberia if you need any hard or soft landscaping work done. We will definitely call Iberia again if anymore work is required moving forward. Joe & Donna - Toronto

Pool Patio Renovation
Our pool patio for the last 13 years needed to be leveled off as it had settled and became uneven in places over the years. We wanted to reuse the interlock pavers we had as they were in good shape and looked good in our backyard. I contacted 3 companies for quotes. I was most impressed by Iberia Landscape as Chris Altuna was willing to work with me in using my existing stones. He came on time as promised and put a very attractive price together. He started the job exactly on the date he promised and his crew spent 5 days lifting each and every stone, cleaning the stones, adding base wherever necessary and releveling the entire patio. They cleaned up well and left my yard spotless and the work done was excellent and as promised. Our patio has been reinvigorated and looks as new as the day it was first done. Thank you Chris and crew for a job well done. I would most certainly use you again and recommend you to anyone.

Basement sealing
The Iberia team went over and above our expectations to complete the basement repairs on my parent's house. The work was completed on time and on budget. They totally cleaned up the site after they had finished. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Interlock patio
I got quotes from several top-rated companies on Homestars. I chose Iberia because Chris came on time, gave me some ideas based on what I wanted and ended up giving me the best price too! Several of the other companies told me there were certain things that couldn't be done or would cost more. Not only did Chris deliver on those items, he did it without any additional costs! The work crew showed up early in the morning and worked diligently throughout the day. I had thought it would take 2 weeks to complete the job but it was completed in just one. Chris would check in every couple of days to ensure things were progressing to my liking. I couldn't be happier with the work performed and would definitely use their services again on my next project. Well done, Iberia!

Landscaping and interlocking brickwork
Best lawn care company we have used. Also they fixed our older interlocking walkway as well as stonework at the side of the house. Next year I will be expanding their services to include weed control.

Landscaping
Iberia did an awesome job of my landscaping, including a large patio and walkway . Chris Altuna and his workers were very professional and did exactly what we agreed would be done. The staff arrived on time each day and worked in steaming hot weather to get the job done. I was so impressed with the workmanship and quality of the services that when I needed a portion on My fence replaced this fall I did not hesitate to contact Iberia again for services. Once again they did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to anyone!

patio, pergola, landscaping
I contracted with Iberia last year to relay the patio bricks to control weeds, install a new pergola, and refresh the front yard. They did a superb job. This year they installed a new flower bed with shrubs and new fence posts damaged by storms. Iberia is reliable, responsive, and professional with great attention to detail. Great work ethic. HIghly recommended.

Backyard Landscaping
My husband and I had a serious backyard flooding issue, a broken chainlink fence and a patio full of broken stones and tripping hazards. I searched HomeStars and got quotes from 3 different companies. Iberia was the first company to reply and Chris' knowledge, patience and confidence at our first meeting made it easy for us to choose them. Last year Chris, Nelson and their crew regraded our very large backyard, created proper drainage, transplanted some large trees and bushes and extended and replaced our patio. They also put in a new set of stone steps and walkway leading to the front of the house - this was a significant improvement for me personally, as I have a difficult time with steep grades. Once they were finished, they re-sodded the grassy areas and even came back during the spring to sort out some muddy patches. We were so impressed by the politeness, speed and quality of the workmanship that we asked them back this year to replace our fence. Just as before, the friendly crew removed the old fence and completed over 200 ft and 2 gates in just under the estimated time. Two of our neighbours were so pleased with the work that they asked for Iberia's contact info. We have some other projects in mind for the future and won't hesitate to Call on Chris again. New from porch and walk
Iberia did a beautiful job on my walk and front porch to my house. They took out my old and uneven interlocking and replaced it with a stone walk and an amazing stone porch. It looks so nice my neighbours even made nice comments about it. Done on time and as promised and cleaned up properly.
