    upper floor renovation

    We gutted our entire upper floor. We took out the attic and went with cathedral ceilings.I had Bruce from Insta out to give an estimate on the foam insulation. He recommended we put 5 inches in the roof structure and 3 inches in my walls. Wow what a professional crew. They covered everything and not a single bit of over spray anywhere. This is the second time we have used Bruce and his crew in our home. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Insta Insulation to anyone considering foam insulation. Almost any company can apply foam but Insta can do it professionally quickly and clean.

    Attic Insulation Project

    Trevor went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and actually made a second visit to my home to answer some other questions i had. The installers arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. I will definitely use them again Tony London ONT

    Spray Foam added to Basement

    We are very happy with the service we received from Insta! Bruce was extremely quick with our quote and we were surprised by how affordable it was compared to regular batts of insulation. The guys that came out to spray foam our basement were very friendly, and quick. The entire process couldn't have been easier.

    Spray Foam Added to Sunroom and Kitchen

    The foam installers were professional and had a sense of humour! They graciously waited until I was able to crate my cat so we could be out of the house for 24 hours. They were quick to point out I had 2x4's and not 6's in the sunroom ceiling and would be entitled to a credit! Would highly recommend Insta-Insulation!

    Basement Insulation Project

    I found that my experience at Insta-Insulation was a very positive one. I had excellent and timely service from my sales advisor as well as the crew that performed the work. I found that Insta was very customer oriented. Everyone did a job well done!

    Garage Insulation Project

    It was a pleasure dealing with your company. Trevor quoted the job. He arrived on the date and time promised. He provided a variety of options and quoted the prices for these options on the spot. Once I confirmed the job, I received a call to book an appointment to complete the installation job. The installer, Scott, and his partner arrived on the date and time promised. They were both professional and worked hard. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the job was well done.

    Rim joist insulation

    A very pleasant experience right from the start. My basement was cold and drafty when the wind blew due to gaps where the rim joist met the sill plate. The fiberglass insulation that the builder installed was allowing drafts and dirt to enter the living space as was evident when I pulled out some of the fiberglass insulation. I went around the basement and could feel drafty conditions in a lot of spots around the rim joists. After removing the old glass insulation it was rather breezy in some areas. When the installers finished spraying the foam insulation around the rim cavities the difference in the temperature of the basement was amazing and NO MORE BREEZE. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable, and very neat. They told us they would be on site at 8:00am and they showed up at 7:58. This impressed both my wife and I. This is definitely an outstanding organization that I would highly recommend and call in the future for other insulation work that I plan on having done.

    spray foam in basement

    I am Extremely happy I chose insta-insulation for this work to be done. From dealing with Jeremy for a quote to setting up the appointment with Andrew and the crew that showed up to spray foam, I found insta- insulation very professional. I'm also very satisfied that although a small area was missed, Andrew has a truck coming back to hit the spot with spray foam.

    Basement Spray Foam Project

    Excellent service. Crew were professional at all times yet took time to explain the process and were very friendly. The product looks great but I can tell a huge difference in the basement room they sprayed. Great work! I have 2 other projects I'm working on and will be using Insta-Insulation for both.
