We live in an 1870 Farmhouse. Propane bill for January was $1981.00. Alex made suggestions about how to save money. We did the work and he spray foamed perimeter walls. Our Feb Propane Bill was $586.00, and our house was warmer. Alex really knows his stuff. Good crew. Did the job when they said they would. Good communication with office. Definitely recommend Alex and his crew

I hired Insta to do a complete spray foam job in my second floor. They were on time, on budget, clean, and did a fantastic job. I will be using them again on any future insulation jobs.

We are in an older home, and noticed the upstairs was quite cold and drafty, we called Insta insulation to check the attic and see if additional insulation was required. Jeremy came out had a look around and gave us an in-depth assessment and quote. He also raised a concern of possible Asbestos. With that in mind a sample was taken and sent away for analysis. No asbestos thankfully, they came to do the install and were great. Our experience overall was perfect, Jeremy, the crew, all were knowledgeable and helpful and I'd recommend the company to anyone.

Had some issues with the workers telling me I needed edge venting and contacted Insta, the owner of the company called me personally and offered to do what was needed to make everything right. Nice touch for a modern company, I appreciate their clarity and honesty.

Hired Insta to come in to quote on adding more insulation. Turns out, there was mold in attic. They worked with Canada's Restoration to have mold removed, insulation removed and new insulation added. They came on time, were professional, quick and clean. I would highly recommend Insta.

I knew calling Insta-Insulation would prove to be the correct choice. From the initial call to the final completion, the entire experience was great. Jeremy would came to inspect and provide the quote was very polite and informative. He took the time to answer and expalin the entire process. The crew showed up on a the worst blizzard day possible, but still managed to complete the job and clean up to perfection. The two workers were very polite and you could see they loved what they do! They explained and allowed me to see the end result which was amazing. Great job guys and thank you!

I was excited and thrilled to be able to personally hire the official insulation contractor for Mike Holmes. They did a great job removing the old insulation and applying the spray foam and new blown in into the attic space. The company was happy to answer any questions I had about the process and what potential problems unrelated to insulation we might encounter, and recommendations to correct these problems: i.e, mold removal, plumbing issues, electrical wiring check, etc. Every person with whom we spoke, emailed, did the actual work, was professional and we are confident the job was done correctly the first time and our money was well spent. Although I listed the cost of the service, anyone planning on doing this should have more in their budget in addition to Bruce's quote for the other trades that could become involved. We spent an additional $1,000-$3,500 based on the other issues that needed to be corrected (which included other repairs not totally related to the attic work), and it's good to know we have improved our home in many ways.

I bought my new home and thought the insulation in attic was less than R32 for the age of the house. So I found Insta here and called for the price quote to top up the insulation to R50. Jason came and went up, telling me no need to top the insulation at all as the previous owner get it done perfectly. I felt a bit guilty for his trip so asking if any other services they can do for my house. He said he wouldn't recommend anything that I don't need it. I would recommend it because of his honesty.

Found Insta-Insulation from researching Homestars. Very smooth process from quote to job. Crew arrived on time and completed all work as promised. They are also very knowledgeable when asking other insulation questions. I would highly recommend this company to others.
