After contemplating using a tradition batt insulation system, the benefits of spray foam insulation became clear in our renovation to our 100 year old home. The sales rep from Insta was very helpful in explaining the benefits and also scheduling them in was a breeze. They completed the job on time, and cleaned up after themselves as expected. I would not hesitate to hire this company for any insulation job in the future.

We wanted to install better insulation in our attic space so we got a few quotes from various contractors. The estimator from Insta Insulation gave us straight forward advice and did not try to oversell us on additional insulation that was not required. The quote was very fair. Installation was professionally done. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I'm extremely pleased with the result and would use them again in the future.

With their great reputation I had to go with Insta, and I'm glad I did. The eco tite closed cell foam is perfect for flat roofs which all popular in Toronto and hard to insulate. Insta's prices are great and they stand behind their work, after the first spray a small spot was missed they returned promptly to touch up. For your peace of mind choose Insta.

We had our basement recently flooded and had to reinsulate the perimeter of the basement four feet high. The service we received from start to finish from Insta was outstanding. Right from the initial quote to the customer service call from Cindy, who called to ensure everything had gone well. Nice touch! They were very professional, courteous, and friendly and left the job site spotless when they left. I will be using them again in the future and I have already recommended Insta to friends.

The salesperson was great and that's why we decided to go with Insta Insulation. The installation was quick however they arrived 2 hours later than they had indicated and no one called me to tell me they would be late. The guys who did the job were good but I had to point out a few spots they had missed when I took a look at the attic. I do recommend the company, though.

What a truly pleasant experience from the first phone call with immediate follow up (from Cindy) to the final install. We were given the advisors name, date and time he would come to estimate. The advisor (Bruce Jackson) was early A+. He had a look at our needs, took measurements made suggestions and that was all we needed to see a very professional start. He gave us a quote and booked on line, as we were talking our date was confirmed. We moved into a new house and needed our garage roof insulated. As told to us by Bruce we would be notified a day prior with a time, July 25. That is exactly what happened, and again, I was not surprised to see the truck on site about a half hour early. The two installers Devan (? last name ) and James Lloyd were FANTASTIC. They were very personable introduced themselves and proceeded to explain the complete process. They invited me to see the before and after with a camera. The area was left in great shape. They used drop clothes and expressed concern consistently about the way they were leaving our house. I wish to express my personal thanks to Cindy who took my calls she was very pleasant and professional to talk to and comes through on promised calls, Bruce Jackson for being on time actually suggesting what would be best for us and his professionalism and last but not least Devan and James "The Installers" they looked and acted like a team and made the process very friendly and comfortable. They were approachable friendly. Great job Insta Insulation you should be proud of your whole team something we need more of today. Tracy Bellamy, closer to 60 than 50. We recently purchased a home with very little insulation. I got three quotes and Insta-Insulation was not the cheapest. However they were very professional, the salesman was able to articulate what was needed and provided me with three alternatives. He advised me to get the electrical boxes checked out and have an exhaust bathroom vent repaired. The Job took three days, Day one - Consisted of vacuuming the old insulation out. I was disappointed that not all material was removed as well as my air conditioner unit being slightly damaged, - the waste pipe got disconnected resulting in a minor flood. I had an independent person come and fix the air conditioner and remove old materials in the attic. Day two – The vapour barrier was put in place and set for 24 hours, which required moving out of the house. On inspection this job was done well. Day three – The insulation was blown in. On inspection the job was done well. Positives: All team members had good attitude The insulation is doing the job and the house temperature is stable. Negatives: Attention to detail was lacking on the first day, mess left in the ceiling after the first day and damages to the air conditioner unit. I would recommend this Insta-insulation as I am very happy with the result.

Our project in the garage began because the bedroom above was very cold in the winter and equally as hot in the summer. We came across Insta-Insulation on HGTV working alongside Mike Holmes on various projects including a few garages. We contacted them to come and look at our project and quote us for insulation that would meet our needs. From the time of the quote to when the work began, everyone on their team was very professional, on-time, courteous and took the time to not only provide a competitive quote but to explain what needed to be done and how they would do the work. The crew was fantastic, they took the time to trap off the area and cleaned up after, leaving the area just as they found it. What has made us write this review is the fact that this company truly cares about their work and their customers, we had one section on the outside of the garage that was actually an overhang where the duct work comes through for the bedroom that was missed during their visit. After calling the company to advise them, they sent out another crew to come back and spray the section. Some contractors would find that to be a pain and may even take their time to come back and complete the work but not this company and not the people who work there. They really do understand the concept of customer service and go out of their way to ensure the job is complete and gain the satisfaction that they helped someone come that much closer to completing the project. We can't wait to see what impact the insulation will have on that room this winter... but right now we will enjoy the summer while we have it.
