we had no insulation in our home and paid huge heating bills,After I spoke with Insta-Insulation salesperson, I decided to get them to do the work, it is excellent work, the people are friendly, quick, neat and efficient.i would recommend them to anybody that wants good work for fair price.

Our home is 40 plus years old. We knew we needed to update the insulation in our attic. There were two reasons we kept putting it off. The main reason was, who can we trust? There are lots of companies offering insulation services, but, how do we know if we are getting what we paid for? Also, another issue was - our house is a side-split. There is almost no room for a person to get up there to do the work. Is it possible to do it? If it is possible, what would it cost? We recently replaced our shingles by a local trusted company. When I asked them for a name of a good insulation company, they immediately gave me the contact info for Insta-Insulation. We contacted this company the next day. A gentleman came out to view our property and gave us a written estimate. He also noted, if the installers got up there and found there was more work to be done with the vents, there would be an extra cost. All the details were outlined and we were fully informed of what our costs would be. Within a few days the service was booked. We needed them to be flexible with delivery time. The Insta-Insulation crew were very accommodating. Their flexibility allowed us to arrange our work hours easier. The crew arrived on schedule, ready to get to work. They were extremely respectful of our home. They covered all the flooring first with a canvas/cloth and then plastic - keeping clean-up at a minimum. Our concern with whether or not they would be able to work in the cramped attic was not a problem for them. They quickly and efficiently got to work. Within approx 1.5 hrs a job that we had been delaying and procrastinating over for years was done and, the best part, within the written estimate. The extra costs that we had been warned about did not apply. What a relief. I feel that we had received honest, excellent service and would recommend Insta-Insulation to anyone without hesitation.

We've used Insta-Insulation 3 times and are extremely satisfied with their quality of work, expertise and speedy timeframe in addressing our problem. We had iscles and our builder's solution of putting electrical coils on the roof tripled our hydro bill. Insta-Insulation not only found the source of the heat loss but point out sub-standard ventilation and insulation elsewhere in the attic that we now need to address with our builder.

I live down the street from Tom McGhee (sales advisor). He was very helpful. Insta removed insulation and installed spray foam to my attic deck. They came when scheduled (unlike the other guys, who wouldn't even return my calls after quoting the job!), and completed the work in a timely manner. I will use Insta Insulation again and recommend them!

It's great to work with a contractor that is organized, on time, friendly and knows how to leave a work space. Insta Insulation is that company. All the people I dealt with were friendly and knowledgable from the girls on the other end of the phone and Bruce who came to my home to give me a quote. The crew that applied the spray foam insulation to the exterior walls of my basement were on time and left the place spotless. I will recommend Insta to my family and friends.

This is the second time I've used Insta-Insolation. The first was to insulatate a large crawl space using foam insolation. Everything went so smooth the first time that I did not hesitate to contact Bruce when it came time to do the attic. I was not disappointed.

Insta was a very good company to deal with, they made all the right moves installing Polyurethane spray foam in my garage and left it very clean. I can work in there and be warm. Good job!

Jeremy came to advise me about the type of insulation I needed for my attic and I decided to upgrade to R50. Jeremy was very polite, courteous and knowledgable. Jerry and Erik (the crew) were very good with my dog and did a fantastic job. They were quick and their was no bother at all to me. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know. Loved dealing with you at Insta!

Insa Insulation installed blown cellulose into my attic and installed air baffles in every other joist space for proper air flow. The crew did a great job and the clean up was done well too. I would recommend others use Insta Insulation because everyone was wonderful.
