This was a great experience right from start to finish. We called Insta and Aldona was very friendly and made us an appointment with Andrew who advised us to have the spray foam applied to our main floor walls. Our furnace has clicked on very little for 2 weeks and it's very warm in the house. What a difference! Josh and Trevor (the crew) that did the work are great guys. They cleaned up everything and left no mess. I will let my family and friends know about Insta-Insulation. What a great job!

I am currently renovating the basement of my 40 year old house and when it came time to insulate I contacted Insta-Insulation for a quote. I was hoping the cost would be reasonable but thought it might be higher than I could afford. Bruce was there within days and gave me a quote that was significantly less than I was expecting so I booked an installation the next day. After a wait of less than two weeks, Insta-Insulation's crew arrived and completed the job in one afternoon. They were quick, accurate, and very neat. They left my basement cleaner than they found it! Almost immediately I have noticed that the basement is warmer than it was before-in spite of the fact that only about two thirds of the basement has been insulated. I have started the second phase of the renovation and will be calling Insta-Insulation back to compete the insulation the moment I am done. In fact, my wife and I are so happy with the results we are now planning to have Insta-Insulation back to do more rooms in the house in the near future.

After 10 years in our home it was finally time to finish the basement. I am doing all the work myself but after researching my options with insulating the basement foundation walls, I decided to have spray foam insulation installed. The cost is substantially higher than bat insulation but it is a far superior product and takes no time to install. After calling Insta-Insulation their sales rep Brandon came to look over the project and supply me with a written estimate. Of the three companies I contacted for estimates, Insta-Insulation was the only one to send someone to my house. Due to a scheduling issue I requested a weekend installation. Brandon made all of the arrangements and on the following Saturday morning the crew was here right on time at 8am as promised. They were very polite and professional. By 11am they were all cleaned up and gone. The job was clean and extremely accurate. The only inconvenience we had was that with the use of this product you need to be out of the house for 24 hours because of the smell as the product cures. By the next morning we were back in the house with no smell at all. Since then we have noticed an remarkable increase in the warmth and comfort of the entire house. It was well worth the investment.

Ed the handyman was great, he installed 2 new roof jacks for the washroom exhaust fans and the work was professionally completed. Then we had Blown insulation added to the attic. It was the second time I have used your company and I was very happy. I would recommend your company to others.

I had Insta remove the loose insulation in my attic and replace it with R-50 and there is a warmer feeling in the house now. Brandon did a great job advising me on the best way to go and I feel we did the best for my home. I will definately use Insta again with future renovations!

I found Insta-Insulation by watching a Holmes on Homes episode where he raved about spray-foam insulation and used Insta as his go-to insulation company. After using Insta-Insulation on my (relatively small) job, I can add my vote of confidence to Mike Holmes'. This is a really well-managed company that obviously prides itself on its customer service - everyone I dealt with, from the phone staff, to Jeremy, who gave me the quote, to the installers, were professional, courteous, and very serious about getting the job done. This was from a given in our case because the job was so tiny - a porch overhang of about 60 sq feet. (A living room was partially built over the front porch - the porch ceiling was previously insulated with pink fibreglass insulation but this was barely effective, as in winter wind literally 'whistled' between the floorboards.) On a job this small, most companies treat you as a lower priority, but not with Insta - they treated our job like it was a $5,000 job. (They had to come back several times to complete the job due to weather and other unexpected circumstances, but never grumbled and were always quick to come back.) Quite remarkable. A company to be commended, and recommended. Thank you Insta-Insulation for your great service! I'm excited for the rest of my renovations and can't wait for my porch to be complete. Jeremy and the crew were wonderfully professional and kept everything clean.

Highly recommend Insta for all you insulation needs because they are great people to work with. We had our basement walls spray foamed and it feels cozier already. Andrew came to give us a quote and was very knowledgable about the products offered.
