From the initial estimate and quote until the final clean up and removal of plastic carpet protectors, we were extremely satisfied with all of the work done. All the work was done according to the plan laid out from the beginning and was completed in the specified time. Each of the teams that came in during the 4 day process were courteous, professional and efficient. All of our questions were dealt with promptly. I would hightly recomend Insta-Insulation to anyone that needs removal and replacement of insulation. I had Chris and John come in to spray foam my entire house. They were good, honest and down to earth. They did a great job. I would definitely have this team of Chris and John anytime to spray my next house.

I had Chris and John from insta-insulation come in and insulate my upper floor renos, it is a great product with excellent service, the guys were great and best of all no mess afterwards.

We chose Alex and team, after having 3-4 other quotes who were all similar in price, because he went the extra mile for us. He knew his product, had plenty of literature, answered all my question and helped with my dealings with the building inspector. After several weeks of back and forth with the city Alex provided the documentation to them that enabled the project to move forward. Frustrating process with the city but made better by Alex and team. The insulation itself is great stuff, solid and almost sound proof. The new third floor space already feels better, it was very hot up there his summer and once they finished the space felt cooler. I look forward to winter to test it out. The team worked with my contractors to ensure that all was completed without delays. We have more projects planned for next year and we plan on using Insta-Insulation once again. I highly recommend Alex and team.

My in-laws were renovaying their home and there house was poorly insulated. As a new son-in-law, I had to ensure to do my research very well in order to find a good, reliable company, that would do the job properly. I checked the internet reviews, asked friends that are in the construction industry, and some family that had spray foam insulation recently done. Every one of those people I checked with, highly recommended Insta-Insulation. From the moment I called them, they were very helpful and willing to educate me on the insulation process. I immediately hired them to do the job at my in-laws, and Insta-Insulation, was there when they said they were going to be there, 15 minutes early in fact. Also, they did a very efficient and clean job. In addition, my in-laws house is now very well insulated, with very little effort with the furnace-ac unit, they can easily heat and cool their house. They have been saving so much money every month. What a difference. And everywhere in their house is consistent, unlike before the insulation. I would highly recommend Insta-Insulation. They truly are the insulation experts.

I had Insta-Insulation come out and spray foam my basement. Everything was wonderful right from the beginning to the end! The staff was very polite and helpful and the crew that came out to do the work were excellent! I will definitely use Insta in the future for my further projects!

I have had many buildings buildings and ceilings spray foamed. This particular project I had our horse stall ceilings sprayed. I chose Insta- Insulation because of their professionalism and past quality service. The customer service called ahead to schedule the time and the team arrived as promised. When they arrived they covered everything with drip sheets to protect from any over spray and did an awesome job spraying. It was very obvious to see the sprayer had lots of experience. It is quite an art to watch. When the job was done they cleaned up the site and headed off. The following day the customer service person called again to confirm I was happy with the work. I must say I was very impressed. I would certainly recommend their services.

I needed some work done up in my attic so I had Insta come out and do up a quote. I had a crew come in the one day to remove the old insulation. Ed, the handyman came in and put in new ventilation and then a crew came back and blew in new insulation. I found all three crews to be very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Insta to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company. Sooo happy I made the right choice!!

Insta-Insulation is recommended for the insulation removal and installation (upgrade to R-50). The team arrived in time and completed the jobs very quickly. The insulation installation is good. They blown the insulation made of recycled news paper. Which is supposed to be better than the fiber glass. However, I am not satisfied with the insulation removal and the handyman works: 1. The insulation was not removed completely. I was told that it is normal if only some small pieces left on the floor. However, I do not think we are expected to leave those in the attic as the losing insulation could host mold blasted off from the roof board. 2. The floor in the attic is not clean. There are powders blasted off from roof board left on the floor here and there and they just blown the insulation without removing (vacuuming) it. Those should be cleaned up before blowing new insulation. 3. The roof jack the handyman installed for the washroom exhaust pipe is on a wrong position. As the result, the pipe could not run right up. The fix they did is just turning around the pipe on the bottom and make it straight up to the roof. When I pointed those issues and asked them correcting it, they tried to find excuse instead of offering the help. They tried to convince me with "you will have 10 yr warranty when the project is completed". But warranty is not coming from a promise, it is coming from the jobs the team did. If they could not do their jobs right in the first place, how could I rely on their oral promise? I would not recommend this company based on the jobs they did.
