Vlad and Roman are very professional. Vlad took the time to understand our needs and recommend security solutions that are in line with what we wanted. He goes above and beyond to explain different products and educate us on the hardware. Very quick installation process with minimal disruptions. Highly recommended. Will be engaging them again to help install ceiling speakers and a sound system in the future.

I used Vlad for several services in my homes over the years. This time he installed cameras on my new home. I like that he and his partner Roman recommend reasonable choices that work and will even recommend what is not needed. So far my cameras work, I can see my recording history and Vlad is quick to respond when i have questions. I will use Vlad again when I need him.

Vlad and Roman of Integrity Electronics are examples of people, of professionals with whom you want to do business. Great communication, including energy, follow ups, patience and explanations. The value of the service compared to others I received quotes from was great. They were great to have as professionals doing what they do and doing it cleanly. We had Hikvision cameras, NVR and doorbell camera installed. And talk about integrity... you will get that they embody that name in the title of their company. Case in point, is that after initially thinking my parents house was a detached from photos I sent, and getting 6 surveillance cameras, Vlad told me that we only need 4 cameras and adjusted the total amount. And to top that off, when he sent the invoice, in the email he mentioned he made and error in the total and that he owed my parents some money and they received that difference in the form of an e-transfer. They are transparent with their pricing and invoicing, which is great. I was already speaking well of them to friends and have one friend that I want to use them for her house. I told another friend about how great everything went and how great it is to have the video surveillance, that more people should have them. So needless to say, I will tell friends and recommend that they get video surveillance and will say it with the intention of those I tell it to, that they go with Vlad and Roman of Integrity Electronics. I did enough homework and due diligence and that will be helpful to anyone I speak to about video surveillance and I have the highest confidence that anyone I refer to Vlad and Roman, will be extremely glad to go with these to awesome professionals. My parents are happy to have the video surveillance and my brothers, who can view the cameras anytime, from anywhere with their phones, are quite glad to have this all complete. Vlad and Roman did a fantastic job wiring up my upstairs bedrooms with Cat6. It was a tricky run to get all the cables to terminate in a finished basement, but they figured it out with minimal drywall cutting. Very professional service and reasonable prices!

Vlad and Roman installed a home security set in our house. They came on time, conducted on site inspection, recommended hardware, set-up, advised on the best layout and performed very high quality installation. Very happy with the workmanship and the end result. I was referred to Vlad at Integrity Electonics from a friend who had previously used his services for both home and business. I’m glad I asked for the recommendation, as I was very happy with the services provided, and Vlad was great to deal with from start to finish. He was friendly, and provided an honest quote for the equipment and labour. We had a set of outdoor security cameras installed at my parents’ home, and when Vlad and Roman arrived they took the time needed to properly assess the house and plan out the most appropriate placement for the cameras and do the wiring installation. They also took the time to go over the remote access with my older parents, helping them to install the apps and showing them how to check the cameras by mobile phone. Had a good experience with Vlad and Roman. Vlad was helpful with the pricing by find lower priced products which reduced my install cost. Fast feedback as well. Roman installed the 6 cameras I had. He took about 1.5 hours just planning the routes and cables, which was good because he took the time to think the best route and ultimately moved the router to a hidden spot. Small item it appears he used an old face plate for the cable entry which really for the cost should have used a new, white plate. Other than that was great service.

I had used Integrity previously for a high end Audio, Video and IP/internet install in a multimillion dollar residential application and when they were finished not only did everything work as planned, you didnt even know they were there. Because of this, I didnt even hesitate to call them in for our new commercial space. Not only were they able to accommodate our last minuteschedule, it was done on time and on budget and the install as always is perfect! Thanks again Vlad and Roman!
