Mike, Gerry and the rest of the JBG team did an incredible job transforming our empty grey box into a comfortable, luxury living space. From beginning to end, they were professional and polite. We are extremely happy with our new entertainment space. We would highly recommend this team for anyone looking to renovate their basement or any part of their home. JBG tiles were with us through our extensive renovation and we are extremely happy with their work. Not only the end result looks great, but they are very easy to work with. OMG, what a great company to work with! JBG has a team in place including plumbing, electrical, general contractor and tile. They all know each other, have worked together and it shows. They keep each other informed as to their progress on their particular portion of the project and it all comes together very well. There were lots of choices of tile and the quality was outstanding. They were there when they said they would be and before they left, swept and vacuumed, then took all the garbage with them. We are so happy with the result and if we decide on another renovation, this is the group of professionals we will call.

JBG Tile and Contracting tiled 3 bathrooms. They were excellent at their work, the tiles are beautifully installed and the staff were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for any future work, I understand they do more than tiling so would also hire them for other jobs.

Carlo did a great job. He was prompt, polite, a good problem solver, tidy, and focused. He completed the job quickly.

Hired JBG Tile and Contracting to install the tiles for our Main and Master Bathrooms. In doing so I dealt with Loreto who was great to work with. He is professional, understanding, and kind in accommodating our renovation needs. He is prompt to respond to emails and answer questions. As for install, Karel completed a beautiful job efficiently, and with no mess; also great to deal with as he provides smart insight when required. Completely happy with their service and would recommend them to others!

We wanted to change our kitchen tiles without changing our cabinets and granite countertop, as they were still in good shape. Some companies told us that they would have to dismantle the entire lower cabinets including the large island, and remove the countertop in order to do a proper job. We were not very keen on doing that because of the risk of breaking the granite countertop and the extra work of removing the cabinets. We then called JBG tile to come take a look to see if what we wanted to do was feasible. Mike came to our house and assessed the situation and confirmed that they could change the floor without having to remove the cabinets and that they could tile under the island without having to dismantle it. So we decide to go ahead with them, and change the kitchen floor and backsplash, as well as the laundry room floor. Mike was very professional and accommodating. His coordination of the work was efficient and his communication with us was excellent throughout the project. His team was skilled, friendly and punctual. I would highly recommend using JBG tile for your next tiling project.

Mike was great to work with, really felt that he wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work. Always replied quickly to calls or emails. Floor looks lovely! Great job with the tile. Care was taken when moving appliances (disconnecting, etc). Discuss dust control measures when planning.

Great work, good communication, friendly guys. Mike and his team worked hard to finish as quickly as possible since this was the only washroom in our apartment, and they left our place tidy after each days work.
