We had our furnace serviced and cleaned. Dave is very honest and would not recommend changing our 50 year old furnace to one of the high efficiency furnace due to the expensive computer modules in the newer furnaces. His attitude is very professional and courteous.

Looked up and talked to several companies for a new furnace last year. Found Joyce Heating through Homestars and decided to go with them due to the great reviews. They have a fair pricing on their furnace, unlike some companies ..... They charge thermostat , piping and etc. separately. Overall, Mike did a great job in installing the new furnace. Diane was very acccomodating and helpful as well. Thank you guys for the great service !

First time to use Joyce Heating for replacing furnace and hot water tank for my 50 years old house. After getting quotes from 4 different contractors, Mike and his team were selected to start this job and I'm very pleased to have them to do the work. New furnace and hot water tank were installed in one day. Very happy to see the results.

Great experience with the whole team at Joyce Heating Services! I called them for a quote on a new furnace and Mike came to my home and provided a quote as well as some recommendations. They were one of two companies I had provide a quote and by far they were the best when it came to knowledge and professionalism. Shortly after, Diane called me to let me know about a FORTIS BC rebate for old furnace replacement which would be available soon. I used that information and once I obtained the rebate code, I scheduled the installation with Joyce Heating. On the day of installation, Mike and Dave came on-time (even a little early I think!) and they even went to the back of the house where I was ready to tell them to park anyway. They were quick to take apart my 1986 beast of a furnace which badly needed replacement and installed my new Lennox high-efficiency furnace. They ran the new air venting and drain lines needed and even replaced my hot water tank venting through my chimney. Dave even updated our existing programmable thermostat so it's now displaying Celsius for us and we did not need to change it out. Thanks Dave! We're new homeowners and this has been one of the first large ticket items we've had to purchase. The process was smooth and painless and I'm VERY impressed with the team at Joyce! Joyce plumbing replaced my older water tank with a new tankless model, the work was done on time and within the estimate, the new heater is excellent. I can happily recommend the company.

We have quite an old furnace that we thought might have a serious problem. Due to such great reports on Home Stars Inc., we decided to call Joyce Heating for the first time. From the moment we called, until the service was completed, everything was handled wonderfully and economically. What we thought to be a serious problem turned out to be only a part and long overdue servicing. Thank you so much!

Mike and Dave did a great job replacing our old furnace. They called prior to arrival and worked quietly and efficiently the whole day. There was no mess left behind and we are now toasty warm.
