    Perfect Furnace Repair

    Pretty perfect service today. Diane's over the phone quote turned out to be bang on. Mike, the technician, was excellent with the service, general tips, and to chat with. Even as a service business owner myself and critiquing the whole process, I couldn't be happier. You're an easy referral. Thanks guys

    water heater installation

    Joyce heating have installed my gas furnace two years ago, and I saved my gas fee and Joyce installed my water heater with their excellent, best service and reasonable price of products. I really appreciated.

    Installed tankless water heater

    Good price on a Navien tankless water heater. Mike and Dave did a good clean job installing it. They are a small family owned business. While they were installing the water heater, the front door of my house randomly fell off the bottom hinge. They said they didn't bump or hit it with anything but a door doesn't just fall of the hinges by itself. Regardless of how it fell of its hinge, they fixed it.

    50 gal water tank intallation

    Joyce Heating gave us free quotes before installation while others won't be bothered because it's a small job. The installers are very prompt and very professional in dealing with us. The installation was checked and approved immediately by the City of Vancouver inspector. I'm very satisfied.

    Oil Furnace

    I was recommended Joyce Heating from a local company. We had ran out of oil for our furnace and needed to get re-filled, once we re-filled I needed a technician to come out and re-start the furnace. I called Joyce Heating in the morning, and by noon a technician was sent out to help resolve our problem. It was a cold day and although they were quite busy, they still managed to sneak me in and help me out. Excellent service, Diane who answered my call and arranged everything was great!!! (Thanks Diane) friendly, fast and efficient. I am so happy that Joyce was recommended to me by that local company because now I know who exactly to call for all my heating needs... No one else best Joyce Heating. Thanks.

    Replace air conditioner

    Joyce Heating Services Ltd was recommended to us by a family friend as being an excellent company to deal with. My current Air conditioner was 14 years old and was a large part of our electrical bill in the summer. Mike came by to see the set-up and evaluate what was needed, (a side benefit was he showed me how to clean our electronic air cleaner. He provided two estimates for two different Lennox products and we selected the quieter of the two models (which our neighbours appreciated) We have already noticed that the house cools quicker than the old unit and it cools the top floor of our three story house. The installation went smoothly and the utility room was left cleaner than when they arrived. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family or friends. I also look forward to lower electrical bills.

    Replaced Furnace

    I've been using Joyce Heating to service my aging furnace for the past 10yrs so when it came time to replace it, selecting Joyce was a no-brainer. Diane did a terrific job coordinating the scheduling, and Mike & Dave did a great job installing the new furnace. I would highly recommend them

    Furnace needs repair

    I have an old Oil furnace and it was not working. I called one company and they looked at it and send it would be very difficult to repair since no parts were available. They suggested converting to a gas furnace and gave a quote around $5000.00. I called Joyce Heating and they were at the house within 2 hours and purged the line to the furnace. The cost? $140.00. As far as I am concerned this company gets all my future business. They solved a problem immediately knowing we had a baby in the house and even one cold night would have been too much time. Nice to see there are honest companies still in business!

    Armstrong Furnace

    Diane returned my call in 15 min. Mike arrived as agreed & assessed my needs gave me a written quote and installed the furnace on the agreed date. I am pleased with their work. I recommend them.

    Hot Water Tank

    From start to finish, it was a great experience. When I called Joyce Heating, Diane was pleasant and very accomodating to my schedule. She fit me in for a Hot water Tank replacement the following day, which was excellent! There was a small issue after the replacement so I called Diane again. The issue was resolved within an hour or so by a quick visit by Mike. I purchased my furnace from Joyce Heating only a few years ago. Reasonable prices and great service will keep me coming back to you guys! I'd like to thank Diane, Mike and Dave!
