Joyce Heating gave me quote on a new furnace, which was old but still working at that time. Shortly after, it quit working. I phoned Joyce Heating for a replacement. When they found out we had no heat, they re-arranged their schedule so that we had the furnace installation the next day. The were on time and very efficient. The quote was in line with what that type of service would cost. The work was quickly done, the area was cleaned up and all permits were obtained. We would certainly use them for future work.

My 12 year old Lennox G27 becomes very noisy when it is turned on. It turned out the noise is from the inducer. Since Joyce Heating did the original installation for me and I was happy with their service, I contact them again. Diane answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment prompt. The repair job was done to my satisfaction. Thanks.

We needed a yearly furnace maintenance on our furnace. Found Joyce Heating on Yelp, which I was hesitant on because we tend to ask for recommendations from friends and family. But they were great. Fast, friendly and efficient. Couldn't ask for me for a company we stumbled acrossed.

We needed a replacement of our 18 year old furnace and our aging 12 year leaking hot water tank (60gal). Joyce Heating has been a long time contractor for us for over 20 years with our rental properties and when I contacted them for our own house - they promptly sent out Mike to access the situation. First remark was that our HW tank was already leaking and could have blown out at any time... 2nd - Mike spent an hour measuring and giving me the options on what I could do for both the furnace and HW tank. We agreed on the cost and I found that very reasonable - Diane also sent us all of the possible links to rebates from FORTIS... The job was completed on the scheduled date. Dave and Mike were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing - fully tested the systems and explained how they were setup and any on-going maintenance required. They completely cleaned up all the old gear and left the location only requiring a quick sweep... I would 100% recommend Joyce Heating for any residential HVAC work.

Mike and Diane were great! Mike explained the job clearly, he gave good advice on furnace options, his estimate was reasonable (when I got a slightly lower one from a competitor they matched it) and the installation work was impeccable. I couldn't be happier.

From the time I talked to Diane upto the time Dave finished installing tank, the guys were very professional and accommodating. They were punctual as well and so didn't rush completing the job. I would happily recommend Joyce Heating to family and friends.
